Saira's yoga classes are influenced by Ashtanga and Vinyasa flow. She also teaches meditation based on Tibetan Buddhist and Zen teachings. She has been practicing yoga and meditation for over 25 years. Complementary therapies have been her life and her passion since 2004. She has trained in aromatherapy, reflexology, holistic massage, hot stone massage, chakra massage, Indian head massage, and as a Reiki master and teacher and Archangel healer.
This program will take place in the town of Blandford Forum which is in the county of Dorset in South West England. The beautiful retreat venue is close to Blandford in Dorset, just over 2 hours from London, and a part of Cranborne Chase Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.

Your residential yoga retreat will be entirely plant-based / vegan, refined sugar-free, and alcohol-free, unless otherwise stated. It's a really good idea to start a cleansing diet before you arrive so your body will be ready to go, particularly if you drink a lot of caffeine or eat a lot of sugar. Try to cut down on your caffeine intake a few weeks before the retreat to avoid getting a headache as your body detoxes on your retreat.
It is really important that you let them know of any dietary requirements, special diets, and preferences so that they can ensure you enjoy your delicious, healthy, nutritious meals. If you’ve never eaten plant-based before, prepare to be pleasantly surprised.
Holistic and Ayurvedic therapies are available to book. Booking a treatment during your retreat stay can enhance your experience. If you haven’t already, let them know which treatments you would like, please do so as soon as possible. Bookings are made by letting Saira know, there is no need to pay until the end of your retreat weekend by card or cash.

If approaching from the north/east, take the A354 from Salisbury and head towards Blandford Forum until you reach Tarrant Hinton. Turn left down a country road sign posted Tarrant Launceston. Follow the valley road for approximately 0.75 miles and Launceston Farmhouse is on the right hand side, just after the turning for Launceston Farm. There is no EV charger at this venue but there is a local EV fast charging station just 10 minutes away in Pimpernel.
If approaching from the South, head out from Wimborne on the B3082 towards Blandford Forum. When you reach Tarrant Keyneston turn right at The True Lovers Knot pub. Follow the road for approximately three miles, through Tarrant Monkton and the next hamlet you come to is Tarrant Launceston. Continue for another 0.5 miles along the same road and Launceston Farmhouse is on your left.
From London, leave the M25 at Junction 12 onto the M3. Head south on the M3 towards Southampton, take the A303 towards Andover, turn onto the A338 to Salisbury and then follow directions as above as approaching from north/east.
The nearest airports are Bournemouth (24 miles), Southampton (43 miles) and Bristol (70 miles). The center is a 2-hour drive from Heathrow and 2.5 hour drive from Gatwick – these are average times bearing in mind the state of the M25!
The nearest railway stations are Salisbury (15 miles), Poole (15 miles) and Dorchester (23 miles).
