Chayanuch is a co-founder at Naturbliss, she has been a mindfulness practitioner since 1996. Her practice mindfulness includes long silent retreats under the guidance of Asian masters, several mindfulness Retreat​ Association​ as well as training with western teachers. She was leading mindfulness​ retreat​  with local​ community​ nearby plant​ under the  public company 's project for 5 years and has continue​d conduct​ the retreat​s course​ at the resorts. She also balance her work in applying the technique into her daily life.
