Join us for short break yoga retreat and silent meditation in Missouri, USA. Under the guidance of qualified meditation teachers we will practice meditation and yoga to explore the inner reality of our heart. The retreat is designed for complete beginners as well as experienced practitioners and has often been described as a life changing experience. This retreat is for new, as well as, seasoned meditators and yogis. A meditative, gentle form of Hatha yoga will be practiced during the retreat. Asanas or postures are held for 2 minutes or longer.
