I was able to formulate what I need and want to work on.

I was referred to this retreat from one of the other Hridaya centers in Mexico. Stephan and Rana welcomed me as family from the first day. The guidance in the Yoga and meditation was clearly offered from a place of deep personal experience. The food was great, the accommodations exceeded expectations and the overall energy in the Spiritual Community was very intimate, healing, and supportive. Stephan and Rana are incredibly generous souls that any being would be lucky to spend time with and receive inspiration from. Many blessings, I'll definitely be back! With love, Art

I had such a wonderful time with Stephan and Rana,
they really hold the space so well, everybody was lovely and I met nice people.
I learned a lot from them, especially the meditation is really inspiring, they know how to go deep.
they are really living this.

"Silent retreat was nice but the yoga center is disappointing"
My driver from the airport was great. Very knowledgeable and friendly. The instructor Giancarlo was also great with guiding the meditations and yoga. Amantani itself is beautiful.

The classes were amazing! Very relaxing and slow paced but still felt like had done some exercise. Yummy breakfasts. Highly recommend the dorms - large and spacious with only four beds per room - recommend them over the dark private room my friend stayed in!! Very well priced. Nice people too :) Lots to do in Pisac during the afternoons too.

"Authentic spiritual experience"
If you are looking for an authentic spiritual retreat this is it. Stephan the lead organizer has dedicated his life in learning and sharing different techniques to further your practice. Ron a local brings a loving Peruvian perspective and Rana will open your heart with Kirtan and yoga. My trip can be summarized as coming home, it didn’t feel like a tour but rather like spending time with old friends. Highly recommend!

"Un viaje inolvidable"
Me gusto que tomamos el tiempo de meditar en los lugares sagrados. Fue algo mas que simple turismo.
