Tracy Keenan is a 500RYT and owner and director of Maui Yoga Loft and Wellness. Practicing yoga for 25 years and teaching for almost 20 in Kihei/Wailea. She has a close connection to South Maui and the Kihei community. With a love of surfing and the ocean, Tracy credits the years of yoga for allowing her to continue her passion for surfing and all things ocean-related. Combining her knowledge as a massage therapist and yoga teacher, Tracy is well educated in anatomy, physiology and pathology. You will find her classes relatively traditional, with sweaty, challenging, creative sequencing.
