"Amazing retreat in a beautiful setting"
Martinheiras is an amazing place to relax - in the middle of the beautiful nature in the south of Portugal. I liked everything on this retreat - the meditation, the yoga classes, the cooking classes and all of the people, who made me feel very welcome. I've learned so much in just 6 days! I will recommend this place for everyone, who are looking for a place to relax and learn more about meditation, ayurveda and/or ashtanga yoga :-)
