Since 2010, she teaches Vinyasa yoga in Tel Aviv (Israel) in various types of groups. She is also a student who likes to explore yoga's multiple dimensions, such as Ayenger, Hatha, Yin yoga, as well as Ayurveda, Meditation, and Buddhism. • Lauren van Solkema

After practicing Bikram yoga on and off for many years, in 2013 Laurel van Solkema walked into a Moksha (Modo) studio in Victoria, Canada and her world was turned upside down. With a less rigid sequence and a strong focus on looking within, she began to find what it was she had been looking for : herself. After moving cities and switching to a more "non-denominational" style of yoga, her daily practice evolved into a 200 hour teacher training in Calgary, Canada (Yoga Passage), followed by supplemental trainings in Yin and yoga Nidra, as well as becoming a Reiki Master.
