Liat Kim embarked on her yoga journey in 2008. With no prior physical activity background, she was surprised to learn how right yoga felt to her. Since 2010, she teaches Vinyasa yoga in Tel Aviv (Israel) in various types of groups. She is also a student who likes to explore yoga's multiple dimensions, such as Ayenger, Hatha, Yin yoga, as well as Ayurveda, Meditation, and Buddhism. She studied philosophy and yoga anatomy for the last years and helped in teaching TTC’s all over the planet.
Lauren van Solkema
After practicing Bikram yoga on and off for many years, in 2013 Laurel van Solkema walked into a Moksha (Modo) studio in Victoria, Canada and her world was turned upside down. With a less rigid sequence and a strong focus on looking within, she began to find what it was she had been looking for : herself. After moving cities and switching to a more "non-denominational" style of yoga, her daily practice evolved into a 200 hour teacher training in Calgary, Canada (Yoga Passage), followed by supplemental trainings in Yin and yoga Nidra, as well as becoming a Reiki Master.
In 1999, Alessio (Alex) began to approach the activities of yoga, following the teachings of a great yogi, Enzo Russo, from the Italian Academy of Yoga (since 1969). With great motivation, Alex developed a growing interest in ancient yoga techniques and began studying and practicing constantly to become certificated yoga teacher. In 2006, he went to India to deepen his knowledge about different yoga techniques, such as Hatha yoga, Kundalini yoga, Yin yoga, pranayama, Kriya yoga, and more.
