Margherita is a certified instructor of Pilates Matwork according to the method of Dr. Anna Maria Vitali, fascial trainer and Hatha Vinyasa and Yin yoga teacher (500H). Her courses are aimed at feeling good and learning to move fluidly and consciously. Margherita will guide you for the duration of three days, through yoga practices, breathing exercises and meditation, and more. You will do daily workshops on personal development, and wonderful experiences and rituals in the open air in the city where all the elements flow, first of all water.
