During this retreat, you will be staying at Om Gravity Eco Resort in either a private, shared, or double room. Mantra Yoga School Goa provides private room with attached bathroom, hot and cold shower, Wi-Fi access, washing machine to clean your laundry, and iron board to ironing your cloth if required. You can buy soaps and detergents for your usage. They also have laundry service on a pay per clothing.

Daily yoga classes that energize your body and mind

Suitable for all levels, these daily Hatha, Ashtanga, or Vinyasa Flow classes are a fluid sequencing of postures linked with the breath. Classes are tailored to individual needs so they are challenging, yet not overwhelming and allow you to progress at your own pace. Each day of the retreat you will learn two complete asana flow sequences that balance the emphasis on alignment, flow, and mindfulness.
