Mantra Yoga School Goa provides private room with attached bathroom, hot and cold shower, Wi-Fi access, washing machine to clean your laundry, and iron board to ironing your cloth if required. Food

During this teacher training, you will be served three hygienic vegetarian meals from Monday to Friday while on Saturday, you will only have breakfast. Generally, you’ll get a plate of food with all of the various vegetarian Indian dishes appropriate for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. Mantra Yoga & Meditation makes every effort to accommodate their guest’s dietary requirements wherever possible. For example, some of their students are vegan, others don’t tolerate well spicy food.

Most of the country's groundwater is unfit to drink, so Mantra Yoga & Meditation's strong recommendation is to only drink filtered water and bottled water. At the school, they offer bottled water to drink and all of the food and vegetables are washed and cooked with purified water, so you should not worry at all. If you go to any cafe or restaurant, Mantra Yoga & Meditation suggests you ask the staff if they use filtered water for ice and drinks.
