Once you arrived at the venue, you will get a consultation session with the in-house Ayurvedic doctor who will prescribe you with 14 Ayurvedic treatment sessions. There will also be a consultation session with a yoga acharya who will also give you 10 personalized yoga sessions. Every morning, you will have a meditation or pranayama session. The yoga classes will be held in the morning and the afternoon during sunset every day.

In Ayurveda the emphasise is on a sattvic diet for healthy living, particularly for keeping your minds clear, happy, and at peace.
