Sriyanath has worked in yoga for more than 10 years. He spent three months in India practicing yoga and taking an Ayurveda therapist course. In this excursion, you will have the possibility to visit the Moonestone Mine, the Ambalangoda Mask Museum, a natual silk factory, the historical Galle Fort, a Dutch-reformed Church, the National Maritime Museum, followed by a drive along the coast to Unawatuna. Unawatuna was once among the top 12 beaches of the world, and is still to this day an extraordinary place. Lunch will be served in Unawatua, followed by a walk along the beach to Welle Devale, a beach temple. It is a historical and famous temple situated at the end of the bay. On the way back, you will be able to see a natural herbal and spice garden.

Shiro Vasti is a treatment where, with the help of a special leather cap, oil is kept on the head. Warm medicated oils are poured into the cap and then fitted onto the head. The time of the treatment and the kind of oil varies according to each individual. This treatment can help facial paralysis, insomnia, headaches, migraines, and mental stress.
