It combines techniques of yoga breathing with scuba diving in a beautiful and natural environment.     There are various accommodation option for this retreat:


    Room is double bed with AC, wifi, private toilet and cold water. Some of them has satellite TV. Most of them with pool. Distance to Mandalablue Yoga place is from 20 mins in bike to 2 minute walking (depending on availability).


    It is a private pool villa with double bed, AC, hot water, TV, private pool, breakfast and private small garden. A perfect place to have a pure relaxation time. Distance to Mandalablue Yoga place is 15 minutes bike ride at the most.

    Superbudget A

    This is a local cottage with no swimming pool. Rooms has fan, cold water shower, no wifi, private bathroom and a double single bed. Depending on availability, accommodation can be close to the beach.

    Superbudget B

    It has a very nice outdoor dorm accommodation. Shared toilet. Room for women and men are separated. There are lockers available. It has pool and healthy breakfast restaurant.

    Each of your yoga classes is unique. While the movement vocabulary will always stay the same, the sequencing, themes, and focus of each practice will vary. The different asanas help to strengthen your body the muscles to become long and lean. You will gain flexibility as well as overall improved mobility in the joints. It improves your spacial awareness, proprioception, and helps all internal systems of the body function optimally.

    Mentally, the synchronized breathing relaxes your mind and helps to release any blocked energy and emotional flow throughout your body. It's definitely fun under the sun and under the sea for this retreat. You will be joining two yoga classes, one fun dive session, take your open water PADI course, and attend one stand up paddleboard yoga session.

    Mandalablue teachers are young, enthusiastic and passionate instructors that are devoted to healthy and conscious living and the ocean. Each one an expert in their own field (yin, fly high yoga, acro yoga, vinyasa, yoga for beginners and SUP yoga), you will find in their classes a full range of options and varieties.

    The price of this retreat includes one fun dive and one stand up paddleboard yoga session.

      A wonderful retreat!

      PROS Pros: I so loved the whole retreat. I have to admit I was quite a difficult guest at the beginning but whatever I asked for these guys made it happen. All of them are very welcoming and make sure you have the best time on your retreat. There are so many activities so you can explore so many things and first I thought a week on the island d might be a bit too long but to be honest you won't get bored at all. I loved the yoga with Maite and Sarah. A wonderful experience for mind and body. I can definitely recommend this experience.

      "Where do I start? I planned to stay in Gili Air for one week and ended up staying for one month because the morning flow class was honestly the best yoga class I have ever done. Every morning, the practice is different, the focus on the breath is something I have never been able to master, however, here I have finally found how to do it. I am leaving the island in a few days and I will be very sad to say goodbye to this wonderful experience I have had. I would highly recommend this yoga studio to anyone coming to Gili Air."

Add to its brand new high-quality mats and props and amazing classes. If you are in Gili and you like yoga, you cannot miss this experience whatever your yoga level is. I have taken different classes including Vinyasa flow, Yin yoga, and fly high, which is super fun. I did most of the classes with Maite, she is Spanish and a really nice person. You get yoga with a view of the beautiful sea and listening to the waves and very good teachers. Space is clean, comfortable, and has great energy. I love the mats. As part of the setup, you find a little bar next door where you can refuel with healthy smoothies and juices. The sound healing was a first for me and an energizing and incredibly mind-opening experience. This is your place to refuel, reconnect, explore, look inwards while being surrounded by beautiful nature and supportive, knowledgeable teachers."

      "I had good flow classes here over the weekend with Jess. The classes give enough challenge for beginners and for more experienced yogis, she gave us freedom to go with the more difficult options. Too bad the sea was rough so I did not get to try the stand up paddleboard yoga. I will definitely come back for that."
