1st day:

  • 12:00 noon - Check-in relax and enjoy the herbal tea or coffee
  • 13:00 - 13:15 - Enjoy vegetarian lunch
  • 15:30 - 16:30 - Massage therapy

  • 10:30 - 13:00 - Short hiking, walk in nature, visit village, ancient temple and Gumba
  • 13:00 - 13:15 - Delicious lunch
  • 17:30 - 18:30 - Sound healing therapy for physical and mental relaxation

3rd day:

  • 07:00 - 09:00 - Energizing morning yoga and breathing practice

  • 11:00 - 12:00 - Reiki healing therapy to reduce stress and anxiety
  • 13:00 - 13:15 - Delicious lunch to nourish you after your healing session

4th day:

On the fourth day, you go hiking on the top of Chandragiri hill, 4 hours walking straight up the hill. During hiking, you can enjoy the nature beauty, scenery, and animals while climbing up to the hills 2,551 meters above sea level from where you can see Mount Everest when the weather is clear.

You are responsible for paying your own food and returning by cable car. After hiking, you will enjoy a 90-minute massage to calm your body, breath and mind. During the rain or the bad weather we avoid hiking and instead engage in morning yoga, afternoon 90 minutes of massage and meditation in the evening.

5th day:

  • 07:00 - 09:00 - Energizing morning yoga and breathing practice
  • 09:00 - 09:15 - Delicious breakfast
  • 11:00 - 12:00 - Sound healing therapy to reduce stress and anxiety
  • 13:00 - 13:15 - Delicious lunch to nourish you after your healing session

6th day: Sightseeing

On day six, you'll explore Nepal’s most magnificent historic sites. You’ll gain insights into Nepal’s rich culture, religion, temples, history markets and cuisine. You will start at 08:00 with a visit to the Monkey Temple. Next, you'll head to Hanuman Dhoka Durbar Square, where you'll pause for breakfast. Your journey continues to Boudhanath Stupa, followed by Thamel - A bustling tourist area famous for shopping and diverse restaurants. You’ll have some free time here for lunch and exploring. You'll return to the retreat center around 17:00. While you provide transportation, you’ll be responsible for your meals and entrance fees to temples and historical place during the excursion

7th day:

  • 07:00 - 09:00 - Energizing morning yoga and pranayama practice
  • 09:00 - 09:15 - Breakfast before you head on your next adventure
  • 12 noon - Check-out

At Mandala Yoga Retreat, we serve nutritious and delicious vegetarian meals every day for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Our menu includes vegetarian, gluten-free, and vegan options, ensuring that meals are light, easy to digest, and nourishing for the body and mind. Whenever available nearby village, we provide organic local vegetables and wholesome ingredients to prepare our food with care.

Meals are inspired by traditional Nepali cuisine and few western food which is prepared in a simple, healthy, and sattvic manner, supporting a balanced yogic lifestyle. Unlike hotels or restaurants, we provide limited yet wholesome meals designed for nourishment.

Note:

  • Mandala Yoga Retreat does not provide extra snacks or food beyond the menu.
  • They ensure enough vegetarian protein in our meals. If you require additional protein, you may bring your own healthy protein powder or supplements.
  • The open kitchen is connected to the canteen, allowing guests to see everything being prepared at all the times.
  • Meals are served buffet-style, water, coffee and tea are always available in the dining area.
  • Every meal is cooked with love, serenity, gratitude, and positive intention to enhance and sustain prana (life energy).
