On the fourth day, you go hiking on the top of Chandragiri hill, 4 hours walking straight up the hill. During hiking, you can enjoy the nature beauty, scenery, and animals while climbing up to the hills 2,551 meters above sea level from where you can see Mount Everest when the weather is clear.
You are responsible for paying your own food and returning by cable car. After hiking, you will enjoy a 90-minute massage to calm your body, breath and mind. During the rain or the bad weather we avoid hiking and instead engage in morning yoga, afternoon 90 minutes of massage and meditation in the evening.
On day six, you'll explore Nepal’s most magnificent historic sites. You’ll gain insights into Nepal’s rich culture, religion, temples, history markets and cuisine. You will start at 08:00 with a visit to the Monkey Temple. Next, you'll head to Hanuman Dhoka Durbar Square, where you'll pause for breakfast. Your journey continues to Boudhanath Stupa, followed by Thamel - A bustling tourist area famous for shopping and diverse restaurants. You’ll have some free time here for lunch and exploring. You'll return to the retreat center around 17:00. While you provide transportation, you’ll be responsible for your meals and entrance fees to temples and historical place during the excursion

Kriti Karki is the school's owner and lead yoga instructor. Kriti comes from a yogic family and has been doing yoga since she was a children. She recovered from asthma via yoga practice and now has no asthma. Kriti has a 6-month diploma in yoga, a 3-year BA in yoga and naturopathy, a 2-year MA degree in yogic science from India University, and has finished her USA Yoga Alliance internation courses. She has been teaching yoga for almost 18 years. Note: Kriti will not be teaching yoga for a few months, however the school has a highly experienced professional teacher team.
Swami Manhal Tousis is not only a Reiki master, but he is also an experienced yoga instructor who has conducted many YTT courses. Among many others, he is a certified mantra, Nada yoga, and singing bowls healer, a numerology and crystal healer. He is trained and certified by a number of institutions and schools in India, China, and Nepal to conduct training in several other wellness healing techniques. Swami Manhal is a multi-style master and a great teacher to have, he is also an expert in tarot reading as well he loves to share his knowledge and experience with you.
Swami Yog Abhinav (Shanta Shakya) is a rebellious and independent child of his family who questions about all social, religious, and philosophical beliefs. As he grew up he started reading and listening to Osho and was inspired by him. His quest for knowledge about one-self in solving problems pushed him to experiment with different meditation techniques. He met Osho in Kathmandu in 1986 and received initiation from Osho, becoming neo-sannyasin at the age of 19. He's always eager to learn. In 2009 he completed Reiki Master's level. Today he is the best healer and spiritual yogi in Nepal.
Yoga Guru Vishnu was born at Dev Bhumi Uttarakhand and he completed his study and learned yoga from Rishikesh (world capital of Yoga). He had a deep-rooted passion for Indian Vedic Philosophies, Occult Sciences and more particularly in the disciplines of yoga and Naturopathy from his childhood days. He has studied and trained with Yogiraj Dr Vishvapal Jayant Ji at Vedic Gurukul MahavidhyalayaKanvashram, Kotdwar and reached of full understanding of Yoga Science of Body and Mind.
