The venue sits cozily between two hills at 2200 meters above sea level where you feel very peace and silence, get fresh mountain air, stunning views of Kathmandu valley as well as the Himalayan ranges of Annapurna and other mountains.

Bandha

Food

The kitchen team will prepare healthy, fresh meals from ingredients from a local organic farm in a nearby village. They order fresh vegetables directly from the farmers whenever available.

All meals are vegetarian food for all yoga practitioners. Vegetarianism is believed to be the most beneficial system of nutrition. They provide every morning fresh seasonable fruits for your better health.

The kitchen is open and attached to the canteen (you can always see what’s going on). All food is served buffet-style. There is always cold and hot water and different herbal tea, and coffee in the dining hall.

If you are in any dietary, it's a good idea to bring your own diet. Mandala Yoga school also provide simple Nepali style vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free food.

Please book your flight to arrive at Tribhuvan International Kathmandu Airport (KTM). Provide an accurate time of arrival to the Mandala Yoga Retreat team in advance. They will be there to pick up you at the right time. The course starts every 1st of the month, therefore, book an air ticket one day before the course start and there is no extra cost for one night stay.

Cancellation Policy
