This 500-hour yoga teacher training course is designed for everyone who would like to gain a deep and thorough knowledge of yoga history, philosophy, meditation techniques, along with fundamental class and teaching methodology, followed by practical teaching, workshop learning, and practicing different yoga poses, as well as deepen your understanding of anatomy and physiology, and yoga therapy (necessary to facilitate healthy practice). This 500-hour course is for you to become a qualified professional yoga teacher and gain higher-level knowledge of yoga.

Included excursions

During the training, there will be a one-day trip to some of the most beautiful places in Kathmandu Valley and one day hiking in the nature. In this trip, your teacher will let you know about that place's history.

This course is not only for serious study with a tight schedule, It is also a great vacation for you after your busy schedule. Here you will not only learn and study for 5-6 hours but you too enjoy, dancing, singing, outing, visit Nepal beautiful places, go for hikes in the nature, forest, gumba, temple after the class and every Saturday with the school team.

Food

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner are prepared daily and include healthy vegetarian options. The food is made from vegetables grown in the near area, organic when available, and prepared with nourishing ingredients. They also give healthy salad, soup, and some mixed eastern and western healthy vegetarian, vegan foods.

Their kitchen is open and attached to the canteen (you can always see what’s going on). All food is served buffet-style. There is always water, tea, and seasonal fruits in the dining hall for you to snack on.
