In addition, they provide simple yet delicious vegan and gluten-free meals, prepared in a traditional Nepali style. While they don’t offer a wide variety like a hotel or restaurant, they focus on making healthy and tasty meals that keep your body energized and your spirit uplifted. Their goal is to provide food that makes your tummy happy and enhances your overall well-being. They serve meals three times a day, and if you prefer snacks, it’s a good idea to bring your own or pick some up from the market while you're here.

The kitchen is open and attached to the canteen, allowing you to see the food preparation process. Every meal is made with love, peace, gratitude, and positive intentions to enhance and sustain your prana (life force energy). If you have any special dietary needs, they encourage you to bring your own provisions or let them know in advance when making your reservation. While they can provide what is available in Nepal, they will do their best to accommodate your needs.

Mandala Yoga Retreat's team will be ready to warmly welcome you upon your arrival. Pickup service from the airport is included in the retreat package, ensuring a seamless and stress-free journey to the retreat center.

Once you land, you can relax knowing that their friendly staff will be there to greet you and assist with your transfer to the retreat. The drive to the retreat center, located in the tranquil Chandragiri Hills, will take around 30 minutes, offering beautiful views as you leave the city behind and ascend into the peaceful mountains.
