Merith, a highly experienced yoga teacher and masseur, brings over 10 years of expertise to her teachings. Originally from The Netherlands, she has found her home in the picturesque mountains of Competa. Merith specializes in a diverse range of yoga classes, including Vinyasa, Yin, easy yoga, power yoga, yoga Nidra, and incorporates extensive practices in breathwork, mindfulness, and meditation. In the relaxing yoga classes led by Merith, all postures are seated or lying down, held between 3 and 5 minutes. This allows for deep stretching of muscles and connective tissues, promoting increased.
Meet the professional boxing and fitness trainer: Kate. She trained national champions and is the founder of the first boxing school for women in the UK. She owns several British boxing schools for women. Currently she trains beginners, intermediate, or advanced boxers in Competa, and she would love to train you!
