Jaggi Jagjeet is a registered yoga teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance, which acknowledges the completion of a yoga teacher training with a registered yoga school (RYS). Jaggi Jagjeet teaches Flow yoga, alignment-oriented yoga, fitness yoga, spiritually-oriented yoga, gentle yoga, and specialty yoga.
Born and raised in a very traditional Brahmin family in Rishikesh, Yogi Neeraj was introduced to yoga & ancient scriptures in his childhood by his Guru. He went on to study yoga from Uttarakhand Sanskrit University Haridwar, India where he earned Graduate Degree in Sanskrit. Yogi Neeraj is known for his powerful adjustments which safely teaches students the depths of each pose. A charming and charismatic person by nature, Neeraj teaches the class in a very traditional way. He teaches traditional style of Ashtanga Vinyasa & Vinyasa flow Yoga i.e. asanas, pranayama, various styles of meditation.
Yogi Charan Ji was born in Eastern state Odisha, began his yoga practice at an early age. He has studied classical Hatha yoga at Svyasa University, Bangalore and Ashtanga yoga from various places in India. He later moved Rishikesh to expand his yoga knowledge. He is a certified 200 or 300-hour Yoga Alliance teacher. Being an encouraging, flexible, adaptable, and intuitive. He customizes programs to individual needs within each group and for all skill levels, from beginning to advanced.
Born and raised in a traditional Indian family, Yogi Sachin Ji was introduced to yoga and ancient scriptures in his early childhood by his grandfather, who is a Sanskrit scholar. Yogi Sachin Ji teaches anatomy, pranayama, yoga Nidra, and meditation and is loved by his students for his calming presence and his ability to see the challenges each individual is facing within. A class with Sachin Ji leaves one feeling calm, centered, and with a deep connection between mind, body, and spirit.
