Dirish comes from a creative arts background and injects his creativity into his classes. His work has been described as inspiring, rejuvenating, mindful, and dynamic. He is a teacher in Vinyasa flow, Yin and Yang, Shakti dance, and he also leads gong meditations. He continues to expand his practice and teaching skills with regular expeditions to Los Angeles and India. Dirish's teaching focuses on the breath and alignment, bringing you to a state of inner peace and still point in your practice.
