So the retreat includes a cooking session every day at brunch time, where as a group, you will make meals out of fresh vegetables, enjoying and learning from each other.
One of the retreat leaders, Dr. Lemm, is specialized in nutritional therapy and will be cooking as well as answering any of your questions about a healthy lifestyle. You will be making these vegan meals together once a day around brunch time. The other meals are not included in the package but the kitchen is available for use at any time and there are shops and restaurants close by.
