    "Katy’s practice combines sensitivity and depth, bringing awareness to mind, body, and spirit. I really enjoy her use of different breathing techniques in sequences, I find it has helped me to focus on the detail of postures. I come away from class feeling grounded and peaceful and full of energy to face whatever the day brings with a smile. "

    "I was feeling very fragile and in frequent pain. I am (still) undertaking a very strong therapeutic yoga practice at home to resolve significant pain in my hips, legs, and neck. I was a bit nervous to attend a yoga class as every time I’ve done so over the past year, I’ve hurt myself. However, recently, I try to be or gently I try to go. With Katy’s class at the festival, I found it easy to find my flow and pace so I was able to join in with almost everything. I left feeling centered, connected, and open. I only managed two with my work schedule, but I am so very pleased I attended them. If you teach at another festival, I will endeavor to attend them all! Thanks, Katy and best wishes."

    "I first met Katy at an alternate festival. During this festival, she taught yoga every morning. I really enjoyed Katy’s classes because they left me calm, tranquil, and prepared for the day ahead. These classes helped me to rejuvenate from the mentally and physically exhausting nature of the festival. Katy did a fantastic job of guiding the class, and I never felt overwhelmed by any of her exercises - even as a beginner. The thing I love most about Katy is her warm and compassionate personality. The energy she exudes makes you feel completely at ease. Unlike other yoga instructors, Katy is strongly devoted to her art. She spends significant time studying in India which is unique and a testament to her commitment. I’m so pleased to have met Katy and definitely recommend her if you want to practice yoga. "

    "I loved doing all the chanting! I don’t know if it was specifically due to that but I felt much less tension in my body after the weekend. I felt fully present and forgot about everything outside of the retreat. I felt like it was a little bubble of love that I was enveloped in which we all appreciated, supported, and accepted each other. We were able to freely express ourselves, be playful, and silly. We had a full program which struck the right balance between taking it seriously but not too seriously. I’m now more into chanting than ever and have started integrating the transformational breaths into my personal yoga routine."

    "I can't express how much I gained from the retreat. The physical, mental, and spiritual changes were overwhelming. The teachings from Swami and Katy blew me away. They created a space where we were able to open up and develop over the week. I left feeling focused, content, and relaxed. My heart feels like its full to the brim and people commented on how sparkly my eyes are looking, they also said they have never seen me looking so happy!"

    "Katy helps me to feel open, calm, and focused with her inclusive, supportive, and receptive teaching style. During her yoga classes, I feel present, but I also go on a journey to deeper awareness which is amazing! She uses her deep spiritual understanding and yoga knowledge to connect you with you for the precious time that you are in the class, but more importantly her guidance stays with you long afterwards. Since taking Katy's classes, my mind is clear, my body is flexible and strong, and I have an awareness of myself and others that I didn't think was possible. Her classes are the highlight of my week, but even more, they have become part of my life."
