You will sleep in a 200-year-old charming, self-restored love house by Kuba. The house is situated in Alvito's peaceful city center. The setting is ideal for calming your mind as the decor is minimalist, the space is intimate, and the view is how to say? Breathtaking. The accommodation is at a charming property located at the center of the village.

As part of a larger ancient house, the spacious room offers a comfortable stay which has a breathtaking view of the surrounding landscape from a private terrace, where you can unwind and soak in the tranquility of the Italian countryside. It also has a private bathroom for your convenience. They provide the necessary amenities to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable.

Program

During one week, yoga practices will focus on the theme of abundance: by building physical, mental, and spiritual steadiness.

Combining yoga with the exploration of Valle di Comino (walks in the mountains, days by the river), offers the opportunity to tune in with nature, experience authenticity, and simplicity inside out (literally).

About the yoga practices

Hatha yoga

Dynamic and intense. Focused on alignment and experiencing how deep postures can feel.

Anthasta yoga

Blindfolded yoga to dive deep within.

Yin yoga

Focused on myofascial release. Very slow, repairing. and restoring.

Yoga Nidra

Meditation practice focused on deep physical and mental relaxation.

Pre and post-natal

Cultivating awareness of important physical, mental, and emotional changes in a woman's body through the prenatal and postnatal period.

Daily schedule

  • 07:30 - 08:45 Yoga
  • 09:00 - 10:00 Breakfast
  • 10:30 - 16:00 Hike or other activities (visiting village, waterfall sessions, etc.)
  • 16:00 - 18:00 Chill time, massage, or Chinese medicine treatment
  • 18:30 - 19:30 Yoga
  • 19:45 Dinner

This is a sample schedule. Days can be more tranquil according to what you like to do and the time you want for yourself.

Immerse yourself in the local culture as you explore the village. Shops, cafes, and restaurants are available within walking distance. There is a vibrant atmosphere in this historical village, filled with charm and authenticity. It also has a spacious room within the ancient house which offers stunning views, a private terrace, and a lively ambiance of the village, all at the heart of your Italian countryside getaway.

Food

No coffee or sugar detox during this retreat. The aim is for the experience to

be epicurean. Live in the abundance of rich and tasteful Italian products. Say YES to pasta, gelato, cappuccino, cornetto, and prosciutto (all in mindful balance of course).

Things to do (optional)

Chinese medicine or Zhong Fu method

In life, the body experiences multiple multifactorial "attacks" (psychological/physical shocks, heavy treatments, serious illness, inflammation states, stress, etc). The "Zhong Fu" method, helps identify those barriers through the diagnosis and Chinese pulse. Treatment is tailor-made and mixes isotherapy and acupressure to address symptoms. A session helps the body and mind find its natural state of balance.
