Combining yoga with the exploration of Valle di Comino (walks in the mountains, days by the river), offers the opportunity to tune in with nature, experience authenticity, and simplicity inside out (literally).
About the yoga practices
Hatha yoga
Dynamic and intense. Focused on alignment and experiencing how deep postures can feel.
Anthasta yoga
Blindfolded yoga to dive deep within.
Yin yoga
Focused on myofascial release. Very slow, repairing. and restoring.
Yoga Nidra
Meditation practice focused on deep physical and mental relaxation.
Pre and post-natal
Cultivating awareness of important physical, mental, and emotional changes in a woman's body through the prenatal and postnatal period.
Daily schedule
- 07:30 - 08:45 Yoga
- 09:00 - 10:00 Breakfast
- 10:30 - 16:00 Hike or other activities (visiting village, waterfall sessions, etc.)
- 16:00 - 18:00 Chill time, massage, or Chinese medicine treatment
- 18:30 - 19:30 Yoga
- 19:45 Dinner
