Pleuni teaches Scaravelli inspired Vinyasa flow and Yin yoga. In her classes, you explore the bodies natural way of moving and you try to find a lightness in the practice. In her Vinyasa classes, she works a lot with waving, and rolling through the spine, and moving with grace and fluidity. All the movements are connected. There is a constant pulsing of the body, the movement never stops, and therefore brings you into a meditative state. Pleuni gives a lot of hands-on adjustments in her class. This is helping students to deepen, stabilize, align, or find more ease in a pose.

"With this retreat I struck gold!"
Welcoming, inspiring, peaceful and picturesque, Luxuryoga was my first yoga retreat and i am already planning my return. The owner and staff went out of their way to make my stay more than perfect, nothing was too much trouble, my room was palatial and the food...wow and yum! So good we had to ask the chef to show us how things were made, and of course she obliged. The people were lovely, the instructor the best I've had and the pace perfect. I arrived there with writer's block and sciatica and left without both! Magic :) Next year I'm bringing my laptop to write between yoga classes. Can't recommend this place enough. Do yourself a kindness and book yourself in.
