You will be provided two classes a day and three different workshops throughout the week ranging from Vinyasa Flow yoga, Buti yoga, Restorative yoga, health and wellness, and social media. This retreat is open and welcome to all. No experience is necessary, just an open mind and heart.
Eco-Chic Suite is the most luxurious private casitas with spectacular views. The Eco-Chic Suite is the higher-end room. With the best locations on the property, these suites have the most spectacular ocean views and unique zen-chic settings. Each suite has either one king-sized bed or two double beds with pillow top mattresses, luxury linen, and beautiful mosquito netting. All Eco-Chic Suites have a private terrace, hammock, sitting area, private bathroom, closet, and a safe locker to deposit valuables. Xinalani has eight Eco-Chic Suites in total.
Petite Suites are cozy and private casitas with ocean and jungle views. Petite Suites are small casitas equipped with one king-sized bed or two double beds with pillow top mattresses, luxury linen, and beautiful mosquito netting. They feature a private terrace with ocean and jungle views, hammock, closet, zen sitting area, and a private bathroom. Xinalani has five Petite Suites in total.
Deluxe Rooms are cozy rooms located near the restaurant and beach club. Deluxe Rooms are cozy and perfect for single travelers, two friends, or budget-savvy couples. They feature either two single beds or one double bed, a spacious bathroom, open-air shower, and sitting desk. Xinalani has eight Deluxe Rooms in total which are all located near the restaurant and beach club.
Note: In an eco-friendly effort, Xinalani recycles all water for irrigation so Xinalani kindly asks you to use only biodegradable soaps and shampoos. The ones Xinalani provides you with are all organic and biodegradable.
While a more detailed schedule will be sent closer to the retreat date, there will be an evening yoga class on the day of arrival, a morning yoga class on the day of departure, and morning and evening yoga classes on the other days. There will be also lots of free time to relax, get a massage, frolic in the warm ocean water, or take part in one of the many optional excursions.

Yoga Alliance RYT 200 (Vinyasa Yoga)
Kate is a passionate, creative, and genuine creature by nature. She first found her love for yoga through Buti yoga and felt drawn to the femininity of the practice. Watching her own life transformed through yoga, she fueled the fire to learn, travel, and grow as a teacher and as a student. As a Buti yoga master trainer, Kate Seymour has found her passion in helping women from all walks of life to find their truth and heal through movement. Her approach to teaching honors alignment, the fluidity of transition, and creative expression. Kate’s classes are well balanced, connected, energetic, and inspired.
Xinalani is located on beautiful Banderas Bay, Mexico. Xinalani stands about 20 miles south of Licenciado Gustavo Díaz Ordaz International Airport (PVR). It will take you minimum 45 minutes to get to the resort from the airport. Furthermore, the 250-yard-wide private beach is accessible only by boat.
Delicious healthful breakfast, lunch, and dinner will be served daily. Furthermore, Luna Soul Retreat is able to accommodate all dietary needs and requirements. As a matter of fact, due to popular demand, the menus have been modified the menu to include more fresh fish, seafood, and occasionally some chicken. Please take good note of the fact that the kitchen does not serve red meat.
Although the chef tries to cater to mainstream yogis (vegetarian with fish and sea food), the menu may be adapted to the guests’ needs. Please send Luna Soul Retreat your specifics at least two weeks before your arrival to make sure your diet restrictions will be catered to.
The chefs can cater to vegan, raw, and gluten free food requests. However, some requests may trigger an additional fee. Furthermore, Luna Soul Retreat serves wine, beer, and a selection of delicious fresh hand shaken, stirred, or mixed cocktails. Drinks from outside the resort are not allowed on the property. The corkage fee is 50 USD per bottle.
Please book your flight to arrive at Licenciado Gustavo Díaz Ordaz International Airport (PVR). Transfer from and to the airport is included. Luna Soul Retreat will pick you up from the airport.
After landing at Licenciado Gustavo Díaz Ordaz International Airport (PVR), you can take a moment to change into comfortable clothes for your trip to Xinalani. You’ll be joining Luna Soul Retreat by boat so you can expect to get wet up to your knees when stepping off the boat and onto the beach. For boat transportation purposes, please book an arrival flight that lands no later than 4 p.m. and a departure flight that takes off no earlier than 11 a.m.
