LoveYogaHealing Yoga and Meditation Retreat UK Program

On this weekend, you will practice morning Hatha and Ayurvedic Yoga and afternoon Restorative-Yin yoga styles. You will need to have at least a little yoga experience to join this retreat. Classes will be created with the winter season in mind and with an awareness of how Ayurveda prescribe that you best support your body at this time. Also aware of the challenges the season can bring on a mental level, the yoga postures, breathing techniques, and meditations you will practice will be designed to help your mind and heart to stay bright and positive, and your immune systems strong and in balance.

Your meals will be created using a tasty blend of Ayurveda and macrobiotics seasonal recipes. You can take the recipes and new lifestyle and dietary tips home with you tips so that the well-being you feel on the retreat can last long after the weekend has finished.

This transition from Autumn to Winter is a time to turn inwards toward that inner peace that is our birthright and yet so often eludes us in our busy daily lives. The guided meditations and visualizations will support our immunity and positivity. Yoga The Hatha-Ayurveda yoga classes will be created specifically to support inner peace of mind and strength in the body. These practices should leave your body and mind feeling relieved of tensions, clearer, lighter, and more energized.
