• Embark on the journey into Yin yoga and experience this inward practice where stillness within can help you start paying attention to what's happening here and now.
• Marvel at the nature around you, nourish your body and mind and bring attention to where you need it most.
• Allow yourself to experience a state of relaxed alertness, a balance between "doing" and "being" through the ancient practice of Kaula Tantra yoga.
• Learn how to express yourself creatively through the Art of Sacred Geometry, a drawing meditation.

Morning

• 07:00 Guided silent Mantra meditation for wonder - 30 mins
• 07:45 - 09:00 Yin yoga neck and shoulders and upper back tension relief - 75 mins
• 09:30 Breakfast

Afternoon

• 11:00 Mindful walk (packed lunch)

Evening

• 16:00 - 17:30 Tantra Yoga Tridosha Sequence - 90 mins
• 18:00 Dinner
• 19:00 Understanding Heart Chakra through the prism of sacred Geometry (lecture)
• Chakra Balancing meditation

• Mindful walk (with packed lunch included)
• Mindful walk based on shamanic practice (approx. 2 hours)

Ašuma covers 10 hectares and is nestled in a serene valley surrounded by mountain peaks and wild beech forests within the boundaries of Lovcen National Park and at a height of 1000 meters above sea level.

The retreat is set in a stunning remote location and yet is only 7 kilometers away from the cultural capital of Cetinje with its museums and active monasteries, while other important Montenegrin sites are just an hour's drive.

• 4 nights accommodation (bathrooms equipped with all necessary amenities such as towels, baths & slippers)

Recommended Airports

• A reservation requires a deposit of 50% of the total price.
• The deposit is non-refundable, if the booking is cancelled.
• The rest of the payment should be paid 30 days before arrival.
