    • "The retreat was excellent. A wonderful place with everything a yogi could wish for! Afke has a lot to offer: for both beginner and advanced yogis. The combination of daily classes with different types of workshops in the afternoon is excellent! There is exactly enough time to relax, go for a bike ride, swim and read a book. Daily meditation in the morning, fantastic villa and delicious vegetarian food completes this wonderful experience. Next year, I will be there for sure!"

"Ibiza retreat with Afke was amazing. It was a great combination of beautiful nature, nearby seaside, wonderful vegan meals, daily yoga practice and inspiring workshops and sessions. This is exactly what I needed to relax, go back to myself, finding peace of mind after my busy work. My favorite part was morning meditation and yoga flow - meeting sunrise by the sea. It was such a special, silent, peaceful time that charged you for the whole day.Afke is a wonderful yoga teacher: she is full of positive energy, always with a smile. Afke's classes have a great flow with different yoga asanas - you feel you are flying on your matt, yet it helps you build strong yoga foundation. Afke inspires her students through her own example of eating vegetarian, going to different events and promoting peaceful, non-harming, loving lifestyle."

"The ashram is little piece of paradise! It's surrounded by gorgeous nature and perfect to find inner peace. The yoga classes were given twice a day on a open platform in front of the green mountains of Locarno and we were very lucky to have Afke as our Yoga teacher, so funny and energetic, who always welcomed us with a big shiny smile every morning and afternoon. We also enjoyed our daily philosophy classes given by the sweet and calm Arjuna, who also prepared delicious vegan meals! This week has given me so much more than what I expected. I made new friends and the ashram has become my spiritual home :) I'm very grateful for this amazing week and to have met such beautiful people that I will carry in my heart and hopefully meet very soon again!"
