Whether you are a beginner or a more experienced student, this is the place for you. You can socialize and enjoy the company of others, or simply take time alone to relax and take a sunset walk on Lake Huron or through the soaring pines of Grand Bend.

    During this retreat, you will be staying in Southcott Pines, a private community, nestled among towering pines and just a five-minute walk from a private beach. The Pinery provincial park is its neighbor. These homes are handpicked by Ena and Caroline to meet your every need.

    The yoga classes are held in the club house which overlooks the Ausable River. Brunch and dinner will also be served at the club house. You can take a quiet stroll down the river and see the nature at its finest, or go to Lake Huron to see Grand Bends' famous sunsets.

    Day 1 - Friday

    • 16:00 Arrival and meet and greet. Tea and fruit are available on arrival. Walk by the lake if you wish to join the group.
    • 19:00 Dinner
    • 21:00 Gentle yoga Nidra session for relaxation

    Day 2 - Saturday

    • 09:00 Yoga class
    • 11:00 Brunch followed by time for Reiki treatment, participating in a workshop, or maybe a quiet time with your book.
    • 17:00 Yoga class
    • 19:00 Dinner followed by a sunset walk on the beach

    Day 3 - Sunday

    You will have a morning yoga session followed by a brunch. Departure is at noon.

    • Caroline Holmes

      Caroline is a hypnotherapist, experienced yoga teacher, and a Reiki master. Originally from Dublin, Ireland, she started practicing yoga in 2009. Three years later, she took a yoga teacher training with Gina Wasserelein at the Downtown Yoga Studio, where she taught Caroline how to deepen her own practice. Caroline completed over 200 hours of yoga teacher training.

    • Jennifer Wentzlaff

      Jennifer is a holistic health and empowerment coach who helps her clients with nutrition, active living, empowerment coaching, and energy work such as Reiki, chakra balancing, and angel card readings, which bring spiritual guidance. She has received her certifications from Institute for Integrative Nutrition and Canfitpro. She is also a certified Reiki master using the Usui Reiki method. Jennifer has created her own empowerment workshop titled Live Your Best Life, which she has taught for the past several years and will be launching online this year.
