"This is my first stay at "Lotus Tirta Seminyak " "

"My first trip was cancelled due to the volcano, the hotel was good enough to change my booking without charge when I was not able to make the check in deadline. Also thanks to Ato Agoda for their assistance with this."

"The hotel staff are typically Balinese very friendly and efficient, Security is good, there is also off Street parking available. The hotel is located in a quite Lane. The rooms are smallish but ok for singles and couples. The bathroom is modern, clean and above average. Aircon in the room is very effective, not too noisy. "

"The hotel pool is clean and well maintained, too small to swim in but ok for a dip. Breakfast is good, and coffee ok. The hotel only provides water in the room on the first night after which you supply your own. The wifi is very slow but ok for the emails, when it's working. I think this hotel is reasonable value, On the plus side the hotel is situated in a quite lane. The manager is very helpful and gave me a ride to the Main Street to pick up my motor bike. "

"It is a great hotel. We stayed on the first floor and it was a bit noisy at night but we could fall asleep. The hotel provides breakfasts and there are three or 4 choices. You can pick the time of your breakfast which is very convenient as we were diving and needed breakfast at 6 am. The 10 minute walk to the beach goes through a street with shops, restaurants and cafes so if you need anything you can have it. The wifi is a bit slow in the hotel so we went to a cafe on that street and it was fine."

"It was absolutely lovely stay in this hotel. Location in great and price very affordable. Definitely will recommend this hotel. Was upgraded to villa, super nice with private pool area. Got the package with two yoga classes and two surfing. First yoga class which supposed to be in a very nice studio near by was cancelled, so management of the hotel arranged for my individual class on the rooftop by the sunrise on next day. Had a great time by staying in this tiny, but cozy hotel."

"We came to Seminyak, Bali for the first time and we were pretty impressed with this little hotel. It's very good for the price, very clean and the hotel staff are lovely. It's a shame that I didn't actually enjoy Bali as its full of Aussies, traffic is terrible and you can't walk down the street without getting harassed for a tuk tuk, taxi, massage or drugs. "

"If you enjoy Bali then this hotel is the one for you! Free wifi, small hotel pool and in a quiet street. "

"Thanks for a lovely stay at your hotel Agus :)"

"We've stayed for a good 4 nights at Lotus Tirta Villa. To be very picky, as we had an old grandma with us, the villa is a little off from the main street, so it's a little difficult to access to the amenities for an 83 yo grandma. The passage way to the villa was hard for us to push our heavy luggages, we need to hand carry in and out to the reception. To add some warm lights at the living and dining room would definitely be great."

"Besides that, I would say this villa is really good. All the staffs were very hospitable and accommodating, you can feel their sincere hospitality in their services. They give good suggestions and make sure your requests are met. We want to thank Mr Agus and Mr Nunuk in making sure we were having a great time and accommodating our grandma up and down the car."

"To summarise, Lotus Tirta Villa is definitely a good place to stay, the villa is clean, quiet and relaxing. To be fair, distance is actually not a big issue for normal travellers who can walk and travel around by motorcycle. For their warm hospitality, there is nothing much you can ask for."

"We stayed here three nights at the start of our Bali trip and also our last night. First stay - when we arrived we were told there was a problem with the room we had booked so they had upgraded us to a villa room at no extra cost. For the price we were paying this was an amazing room - huge, gorgeous and clean. They delivered breakfast to our room each morning at our chosen time. The girl working reception was lovely and really helpful and she organised our transfer to the Gili Islands at very short notice. The hotel is around 10min walk from the beach and close to a couple of good streets for restaurants and bars. "

"Second stay - no upgrade this time but the room was still nice and clean but not as big. I got sick this night and when my boyfriend went down stairs to ask about a pharmacy they gave him some medication for me and brought me some tea which was very kind! "

"I would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay again if we went back."

"All in all it was a perfect stay! The small boutique hotel with only 14 rooms and a small pool is located in calm part of town, but still very close to all the restaurants, shops and the beach. The personnel was really really nice, always prepared to help and give you a smile, also a good choice of breakfast. I would especially like to say MANY MANY thanks to the leader of front office- Luhde, who was the nicest and kindest Bali person we have met. The room was also very clean. "

"To conclude, high standard and good value for the money!"

"Due to unforeseen circumstances, I had to cut my trip short. Agus and the team could not have been more helpful or courteous to my circumstances. I was refunded my extension nights, given a complimentary meal and was personally escorted at high speed to the airport so that I would not miss my flight. Incredible customer service from all the team especially the manager, Agus. I would personally recommend Litus as a place to stay in Bali.", edited

"It was set in a quiet location which was great at nights to sleep soundly.Very helpful staffs who were at your door whenever u needed any form of assistance. They were polite and friendly."

"Rooms were very nice, simple but cozy and comfortable. "

"The property looks very simple from the outside but once you're in, the feel is totally great."

"There are lots of eateries near by within a 5-7 mins walk down the main road."

"This place was great as I spent by birthday week in Bali for the first time and Litus Tirta was a real gem for me!"

"I'd surely stay here again when I visit Bali for the next trip!"

    "Kudos Litus Tirta!"

"Perfect for a bit of luxury on a budget, small hotel but only adds to the excellent customer service you receive here. Has everything you need cable tv, breakfast selection, air con, good wifi and cleaned daily with a small pool as a bonus! About 5 minute walk one way to beach and other way you come to Main Street with big supermarket and plenty restaurants. Perfect location relaxing vibe away from the hussle and traffic. Thanks for a lovely stay and to Agus for helping us arrange booking via email."

"Seminyak is one of my most favorite area in Bali! Why? Because it serves all the favorite things to do while having holiday in Bali, from shopping, food & drinks hunting in cute cafe and resto, to enjoying the best spot to catch sunset in the beach with friendly waves and cozy ambience."

"So, I really happy to find Litus Tirta Seminyak (that well managed by AHM Bali) because this small-but-very-cozy hotel is located in the heart of Seminyak, my favorite place!"

"So, I just need 10-15 minutes to explore the highlight of Seminyak without worrying of crowded hotel, yes Litus Tirta has very nice ambience, green, peaceful, and has minimalist but functional facilities that needed by light traveler like me: clean room, flat TV with international channel, mini bar, breakfast at resto or in my room, and sweet swimming pool in front Pool Access room."

"Litus Tirta also has private villa that best choice to stay with family or big numbers of friends. I recommend this place to stay in Seminyak! Love it!"

"The room is accommodating for our stay. The bed is cozy, bathroom is spacious enough. Bfast is just okay, could be better. Very trustworthy staffs and extremely helpful. Overall cleanliness is good. So conveniently close to all the happening places around seminyak. Walking distance to seminyak beach. The swimming pool is so not worth it. Definitely will go back and stay there again. Please do keep up the good work."

"Rooms are basic, but has everything you expect. Pool is nice once it warms up. Everyone was friendly and welcoming too! But the beauty of this place is the location to Camplung Tanduk, with its great restaurants and places to go out, and the price!"

"As it is a fairly new hotel, the taxi driver couldnt find it. We tried showing him on google and also the address on the website but wasn't the same. In the end we had to pull over and walk to find it. If youre having trouble explaining to the taxi driver where it is tell them to go to Harris Hotel Seminyak, Litus is down the small street that La Sal is on.On arrival it was look nice, check in was friendly and efficient. We were welcomed with a drink and a cold face towel, which is always pleasant surprise. The room was clean and comfortable. The Air con had been running so it was beautiful and cold. We liked that there was a fridge, in-room safe and even a universal electric wall socket available but there were missing details that I have been accustom to when staying at any hotel. For example it didn't have any glasses for drinking, no tissue box and no face towels.Other than these small criticisms it was very nice stay. A great spot with nice clean rooms for a great price."

"We booked 2 nights here. Spent 1 night in the poolside room and then moved to a 2nd floor room the next night due to us booking last minute. The hotel is located a short 10 minute walk away from the beach and 5 min walk away from some nice shops and restaurants. The rooms were clean, shower was great and the beds were comfy. A/C and TV worked well. The rooms are a lot smaller than on the photos, but we knew this would be the case after reading previous reviews. The staff were friendly and helpful. When we moved to our room on the 2nd floor I noticed the sheets were dirty, I rang and told reception and within a minute housekeeping came up and changed all of our sheets and bedding which was good. They were also helpful in organizing a late check out for us and a taxi to the airport. Breakfast was ok but could be better. I had the Simple breakfast which was cinnamon French toast and fruit. It was more like cold and soggy bread than French toast, and the portions were quite small. Apart from that, we had a lovely stay and were great value for the price we paid! Would stay here again."

"This little hotel is off the main road so relatively quiet. We had a room on the ground floor overlooking the pool. The pool is very clean and is nice to cool off in but too small for laps. It is well located with cafes and spas close by and within easy walking distance to the beach. The room was very clean and was serviced every day, the wifi and air con were good and the bedding was very luxurious. A couple of things could be improved though there are no facilities to make tea or coffee in the room and the choice at breakfast is limited and servings were small."

"The staff were absolutely lovely, super accommodating, and the rooms was much more than we expected. The air conditioning was up there with some of the coldest we have stayed at, complimentary breakfast was delicious each morning, and everyone at the hotel was more than willing to cater to any need we had. I would highly recommend this place, and have done so to many mates already."
