This is a no-frills hotel at a very affordable price. And the staff made all the difference. They were attentive and sincere in making guest feel at home. Kudos to the manager Agus for the great crew and experience.

"Parfait pour la decouverte dela vie balinaise"
L'equipe de l'hotel etait tres sympa et bienveillante, tous les gens connaisaient deja mon nom meme avant l'arrive! Le petit dejeuener etait au top - tres delicieux. On a le sentiment de rester dans une vraie famille balinaise malgre le fait que c'est un hotel. Le manager de l'hotel s'en occupe des visiteurs avec une telle gentillesse comme le pere!

Great hotel location, friendly staff and helpful staff.
Surfing lots of fun, great instructors. Yoga was good but busy.
This is a very very nice hotel in Seminyak. Quit but close to restaurants, bars and the beach.
First we had hotel rooms. Clean, cool and a comfortable bed.
Later we did an upgrade to the villa. Wow what a nice place. Two separate big rooms, a kitchen and a nice terrace with your own swimming pool.
The personal of this hotel is so friendly and helpful.
They arrange everything you needed as trips, transport.
When I return to Seminyak, I will book this hotel again.
I stayed at the lotus tirta for a week in a 3 bedroom villa with 4 friends. I would recommend this place to anyone travelling to seminyak. The rooms were great, the villa was very spacious and the pool was a great size. The hotel staff here were absolutely incredible, always going above and beyond to make our stay in bali perfect. The only downfall about this place is the breakfast included was not nice. We went out for breakfast to near by cafes instead of dining in. But there is facilities to cook your own breakfast (we bought cereal and had that some mornings). The location of this hotel is also good, 10 min walk to beach, 15 min to large supermarket and 300m from main road where there are shops, clubs, and taxis. The neighbourhood lotus is in is questionable but as long as you are not alone at night you are okay! Definitely a good choice to stay here if you are looking for a villa.
Our stay was very enjoyable. Breakfast was provided every day, so was cleaning service. The villa is very nice, roomy and comfortable. A short walk away from the beach, very close to some of the main streets and a relatively short and cheap ride away from the party center. Anyway, we were mostly charmed by the staff, as they were always ready to help us, and fast. They assisted us numerous times when we needed a driver either right away or for the next day to take us to the beach or around the island on various day and night trips. Special thanks to Mr Agus!
This is my first stay at "Lotus Tirta Seminyak "
My first trip was cancelled due to the volcano, the hotel was good enough to change my booking without charge when I was not able to make the check in deadline. Also thanks to Ato Agoda for their assistance with this.
The hotel staff are typically Balinese very friendly and efficient, Security is good, there is also off Street parking available. The hotel is located in a quite Lane. The rooms are smallish but ok for singles and couples. The bathroom is modern, clean and above average. Aircon in the room is very effective, not too noisy.
The hotel pool is clean and well maintained, too small to swim in but ok for a dip. Breakfast is good, and coffee ok. The hotel only provides water in the room on the first night after which you supply your own. The wifi is very slow but ok for the emails, when it's working. I think this hotel is reasonable value, On the plus side the hotel is situated in a quite lane. The manager is very helpful and gave me a ride to the Main Street to pick up my motor bike.

It is a great hotel. We stayed on the first floor and it was a bit noisy at night but we could fall asleep. The hotel provides breakfasts and there are three or 4 choices. You can pick the time of your breakfast which is very convenient as we were diving and needed breakfast at 6 am. The 10 minute walk to the beach goes through a street with shops, restaurants and cafes so if you need anything you can have it. The wifi is a bit slow in the hotel so we went to a cafe on that street and it was fine.
