Immerse yourself into highly-transformative elemental yoga flow workshops inspired by the 5 elements: Earth, Water, Fire, Air and Ether. Working on the five elements will enable you to become aware of what takes place on a cellular level, noticing how each one influences your body, life, flow and balance. Connecting with the elements will encourage stability to flow through our days with embodied ease. Throughout this 5-day yoga and meditation retreat, you will be given 1-hour one-on-one time, going through anything from yoga philosophy, postures, meditation practices, as well as diet.
