Your accommodation in Tuscany will be a house with has four guestrooms. These rooms are incredibly comfortable and luxurious in taste. All details have been carefully taken care of, including pure linen sheets, relaxing colors, ensuite bathrooms, and mostly king-size beds.

Program

You will be treated to daily meditation and yoga practices, beach sunsets, and stargazing. You will also live a very special weekend in Tuscany, Italy.

Not only those, you will spend a wonderful weekend as well, making you feel better, advancing your yoga practice, rejuvenating your body through yoga and healthy food, and feeding your soul with the amazing landscapes of one of the world's most renowned destinations: Tuscany, Italy.

Lorenza's teaching style implies a lot of attention to each person's needs and capabilities. Each yoga lesson will comprise flows, but also study and practice of single and more difficult poses. The aim is to transmit tips and details that will help anybody proceed in their yogic path.

This is what happens: people get stronger and more flexible by the day, and also advance in their yoga practice through tailored advice. Especially people who until they join have felt inadequate or not good enough in other yoga schools or styles, they get more and more confident during the retreat, as well as more and more capable of reaching and keeping a pose.

Bibbona and its surroundings are one of the most beautiful places on earth. Try going there and you will come back every year, as most people do. Certain landscapes are difficult to forget. And, practicing with these surroundings will make you feel the energy and the unity that all looks for.

From 21:00, you can even just rest most of the time, chill out, or go sightseeing, stargazing, and sitting outside together.

Please note that the schedule below can be revised according to guests' requests. The schedule does not apply on arrival and departure days or on a sightseeing day, which may have a different schedule.

Retreat location

This retreat will take place in Bibbona, Tuscany, Italy. Bibbona is a wonderful little village on the Tuscan coast overlooking the Tyrrhenian Sea and the French island of Corsica. It is an incredible paradise, both in terms of landscapes and wildlife.

Food

You will be served three homemade, organic, and mostly vegan and gluten-free meals per day, included in the price. The Mediterranean diet is the richest in nutraceuticals, which are key to living longer.

Sightseeing

Tuscan Wellness Retreats can organize excursions on request before or after the retreat, only to Pisa, Siena, and Volterra with a little extra cost for the trip. All these are worth visiting, given that you will be in one of the most famous Italian regions in terms of historical heritage and natural beauty.

You may also choose to fly to Pisa or Rome so you can visit these two, or to Florence, which is only one hour away by train from the retreat location. Moreover, Tuscan Wellness Retreats can also help to organize sightseeing to Pisa, Volterra, Florence, Rome, Portofino, and Le Cinque Terre.

How to get there

Recommended Airports

Arrival by airplane

Please book your flight to arrive at Pisa International Airport (PSA). Lo Yoga can offer a private transfer from Pisa for just 70 EUR (instead of 120 EUR one-way by taxi). Alternatively, you can book your flight to arrive at Leonardo da Vinci International Airport (FCO) in Rome, at Milan-Malpensa Airport (MXP), or at Milan Linate Airport (LIN).

Arrival by train

Take a train from an airport in Pisa, Florence, or Rome to Cecina train station, Livorno. Lo Yoga will pick you up from Cecina. Your travel costs to Cecina are not included in the price of the retreat.

Cancellation Policy

  • A reservation requires a deposit of 40% of the total price.
  • The deposit is non-refundable, if the booking is cancelled.
  • The rest of the payment should be paid on arrival.
