Lorenza is a 200-hour certified classical yoga teacher, devoted to better understanding the human body, how it reacts to emotions and how to heal it through food, yoga, and meditation. Wellbeing and longevity have become her primary goal, both for herself and others. She is in love with Tuscany and its beautiful landscapes, and loves sharing its magical summer moments with people who love nature and silence but also music, dancing, and sports like SUP, biking, and hiking. Lorenza is also a gourmet chef, rewriting traditional Italian recipes in a healthy way.
Vittorio is a certified Satyananda Yoga Teacher. He teaches Integral Yoga, a traditional style of Yoga for everyone. Integral Yoga promotes harmonious physical, mental and spiritual growth. Vittorio thinks Yoga is a way of living through the beautiful instruments that Yoga offers: Asanas, Pranayama, Meditation, etc. He studies Indian Philosophy and traditional Yoga books. He teaches in different Yoga studios in Milan (Centro Yoga Satyananda, City Zen, Rovereto House&Lab) and he's Holis Factory co-founder, an event agency that brings Yoga and Holistic treatments into working environment.

"The true bliss in Tuscany"
My description won't do justice to this experience! I'm beyond grateful that I found Lo Yoga Retreat, which totally transformed my holiday (and maybe life too). Lorenza is an incredible host with an immense amount of energy and positivity and very welcoming. She offers her house in the most beautiful spot in Tuscany, on the hills of Bibbona, just a stone throw away from the sea, to where we drove every day to enjoy the beach and do the evening practice. Morning practice is done in the house garden also with spectacular views. She and Sara are both very talented yoga teachers and I liked the fact that they teach a different style of yoga, so you get variety on your daily practice. The food they cook together is heavenly, healthy and suited to your Ayurvedic body type, dosha. I learned so much during this week about yoga, nutrition, Italian lifestyle and of myself. And, finally, I need to mention that the group of women we got to share the week was a true blessing; beautiful souls from different parts of the world. Do yourself a big favor, and try to find a spot from their retreat, you will thank yourself as I do now. Thank you Lorenza and Sara. <3

"Counting down the days until I can visit again"
Everything! The house, the beach and the surrounding landscape was simply beautiful and made you feel calm and relaxed 24/7. The relaxed feeling was hugely influenced by Lo, Sara and Lo’s incredible 2 daughters (who happened to be there at the same time as my visit) as they felt like long term friends instantly and Lo and Sara were so helpful with questions on nutrition, yoga or other practices. As a vegetarian at home, Lo’s recipes gave me so much inspiration and were absolutely delicious. I’ve been practicing yoga via gym classes for about a year, and would say I’m very much still a beginner, but the yoga was tailored to suit all levels and abilities and we were encouraged to ask questions or practice certain poses which we’d struggled with which was so helpful. I visited on my own, hadn’t been to a retreat before and didn’t know Lo or Sara prior, but everyone was so friendly and if you wanted to sit and talk you could but if you wanted time out to relax there was also plenty of opportunities. I can’t wait to visit again next year and will definitely stay for longer as I felt the health benefits (both mentally and physically) of being there almost instantly. This is a truly wonderful and inspirational retreat.

"Amazing retreat in a special place in Italy"
I have previously joined yoga retreats, but this one was way above my expectation and previous experiences.
Lorenza was a wonderful host and cook. Besides teaching yoga incredibly well (she also adjusts her classes to your personal needs), she teaches how to eat & live healthier in your own daily life.
During the day there is time to relax on the beach and visit nearby towns. The villa is very special and on a hill with an incredible view.

"An amazing stay in tuscany "
the stay was perfect, a wonderful house almost directly at the beach with wonderful selfmade food which made me feel so good.
amazing company, positive energy and a practice which made me more advanced than i thought it would. some tips lorenza gave me that changed so much.
i will come back in summer and i really can’t wait.
the stay was not a normal retreat at all, it was like an invitation from friends. will come back next time to see family, not my yoga teacher. so warm welcoming that you have to feel comfortable.

"A beautiful life enhancing experience "
The approach with Lo Yoga is holistic which made it an experience beyond my expectations. Getting back in touch with appreciating the little things, loving myself and my body and being kinder to both through Yoga. Getting back to nature in spectacular Tuscany was also a great way to let go of the daily stressors and gain emotional strength, control and perspective again. I amazed myself at my progress in Yoga over the week and cannot recommend this experience enough. This was a gamechanger for me in all the positive ways.

"Unique yoga&food programme oriented to the guest's needs"
Yoga lessons with Lorenza were well organised and adjusted to guests's needs: I could see progress in only a few days of practice. The practice was complemented with a balanced food diet with a visible impact on my shape! I would recommend it to all practitionners searching for small classes with trainers having a special attention to individual requests. The wild location between countryside and the sea made everything perfect
Lorenza & Kelly Tuscan Wellness Retreats
This place is amazing, the beach, the landscapes, the wildlife, the house. The house in particular is a lot better than in the pictures: the decoration, the details, the incredible landscape over Corsica and other Islands and on the opposite side the typical Tuscan hills.
The food is amazing too: most of what we eat is home made, even bread and pasta, most of fruits and veggies come from the garden and there is an incredible attention both on the healthy side and taste.
I really enjoyed my stay and as far as yoga is concerned, I am very grateful because I learnt poses that I had been struggling with for years. Lorenza explains everything in detail, both poses and yoga philosophy, respiration, longevity tips and tricks.
I learnt so much!
