Nirarta Centre in beautiful Bali is a quiet oasis with an amazing view of the mountains, rice fields, and river. Besides the veranda to your room and the couches in the dining area, there are various places where you can relax, reflect, read, and embrace nature. For example, you can spend an afternoon in the traditional antique carved pavilion with six pillars, locally known as the “bale sakenem” located in the shady peaceful center of the upper garden.

All the buildings are connected by paths running through the lush flower-filled gardens. A refreshing breeze up the river valley keeps the temperature pleasant that makes air-conditioning unnecessary. Around the gardens, there is a further hectare of terraced farmland growing rice, chillies, peanuts, shallots, and other traditional crops.

This teacher's training will take place in Nirarta Centre for Living Awareness, Sidemen, Karangasem, Bali, Indonesia. Only half an hour from both magnificent mountains and seashores, the center’s lush gardens nestle in terraced rice fields. Overlooking the Unda River, Nirarta is surrounded by a ring of green hills in unspoilt east Bali.

It is situated near the holy mountain Gunung Agung. The nearest village is Tabola, just a short walk away from the center. Close by, you will also find the small town Sidemen where you can find local shops amongst other things.

Living Yolates teacher training is an in-depth teacher training program, at a professional and personal level, and it gives you a great opportunity to transform your life physically, emotionally, and mentally. To open up to this change and potential, there will be an introductory day in Copenhagen, on December 3, Saturday.

Here, participants will open up to a sense of community and to meet each other before the journey. You will receive your Living Yolates manual on this day and open up to the first part of the journey. It is extremely beneficial for the group to meet before the month at Bali where everyone can connect to each other and open up to a warm and loving sense of community.

There will be 50 hours of preparation before the trip to Bali. This consists of a personal training programme that you will be doing for an hour for five days a week starting on January 2, until the teaching starts in Bali. You will also get access to an interesting online compendium with video guides and mental exercises, which will teach you all the fundamental techniques of Living Yolates.

This will help you feel ready in your body and mind and give you the opportunity to reach even further at Bali. You will achieve greater results, a deeper development, and experience more enjoyment.

"I have been practicing dance and yoga with Mikkala since I moved back home to Copenhagen and Denmark 4 years ago. The way Mikkala works both with the body, mind and her healing, soothing, feminine ways has helped me break down hardness in my own being and heart, and supported my process into the feminine flow through movement, dance, imperfection, allowing and surrender. I am very grateful for the experiences I have had with Mikkala, and I am thrilled and thankful to call her a business partner, collaborating with me at The Passion Institute."
