During this retreat, you will be staying in different accommodations throughout India. They will all be simple and clean, with hot water, and at the same time, honoring an authentic Indian experience.

Living in the Self India Yoga Retreat Program

Week 1: February 5 to 12, 2018 - Coimbatore

During this week, you will experience a seven-day Panchakarma therapy at Maitreyi Vedic Village, which will include all organic food, vastu-aligned accommodation, consultations, and treatments. Daily yoga and meditation will also be part of your schedule and you will have the opportunity to travel by coastal train to the state of Kerala.

Week 2: February 12 to 17, 2018 - From South to North

On your second week, you will meet Amma, also known as "the hugging mother" and stay at her ashram for two days. Boat along the beautiful backwaters of Kerala for one day. This week, you will also spend a restorative day at a pristine beach on the Keralan Coasts. Finally, travel by plane from Cochin to Varanasi.

Week 3 - February 18 to 26, 2018 - Varanasi, Dehra Dun, Rishikesh, and Haridwar

You will spend two days in the ancient city of Varanasi, then trafel from Varanasi to Dehra Dun and two days at the spiring organic seed-saving of Dr. Vandana Shiva. Daily yoga and meditation on the banks of the Ganges River, combined with daily satsang with Spiritual Masters of various lineages, will be part of this week's plans. Also, you will enjoy evening Aarti in Haridwar, visit sacred temples, such as Neem Karoli Baba Temple, Anandamayi Ma Temple, Sivananda Ashram, and more. A private jyotish (Vedic astrology) reading, with a 31st generation astrologer is also part of the program.

Kristof also has a deep respect and love for Buddhism and has retreated extensively in the Theravada tradition. His offerings are always infused with this revolutionary edge of Tantric yoga, meditation, and Buddhism.

This retreat will take place in multiple locations across India. You will spend time in Tamil Nadu, Kerala, Rishikesh, and Haridwar.


For the first week of this retreat you will be able to enjoy three organic sattvic meals every day. During the second and third week, you will be delighted with daily breakfast and dinner.
