You are welcome to join LiveLoveLaughRetreat's wonderful yoga retreat this summer held at the seaside of beautiful picturesque Mediterranean town Lovran, North Croatia, one of the most famous holiday spots in Croatia. Just a few meters behind you, there are a natural park and forest of Učka mountain and in front of the house, you have a breathtaking view over the sea and islands. The location is so peaceful that you could only hear the silence or birds singing.

The house is very spacious and it has six double bedrooms with their own private bathrooms. It has a huge dinning area with 14 seats and a meditation room with a wall built of natural stones that is perfect for gong bath and sound therapy as well.

The house has lounge and terraces to chill as well as a garden on natural sight of 2.500 square meters. One of the upper terraces is wonderful in the evenings to watch the stars. Facilities include Wi-Fi and seasonal fruit and veggies from the garden at your disposal.

Saturday

  • 15.00-17.00: Arrival, settle into your accommodation, meet the team and your group and have a light dinner together
  • 20.00-23.00: Gong bath/sound therapy

Sunday

  • 08.00-08.30: Herbal teas, fresh fruits/nuts
  • 08.30-10.00: Pranayama and yoga class with the teacher of the week
  • 10.00-11.00: Healthy breakfast with fresh fruits, freshly squeezed juices, fruits salads, organic honey and eggs, organic pancakes
  • 11.00-14.00: Lecture by Bahareh/ 2-3 hour program: Women's Menstrual/Hormonal Harmony from and Ayurvedic and Chinese Medicine Perspective; Embodying feminine energy and directing it towards healing. Here there will be a bit of lecture with some very specific recommendations and Yogic practices offered.
  • 14.00-15.00: Lunch time at house
  • 15.00-18.30: More free time/massages/ swimming/ walking and one on 15-minute one mini health-check to see where you are at with your health and wellbeing. Simple recommendations are offered to enhance and improve your wellness
  • 18.30-19.30: Yoga nidra or meditation
  • 19.30-20.30: Light dinner served

Monday

  • 08.30-10.00: Pranayama and hormonal yoga class with the teacher of the week
  • 10.00-11.00: Healthy breakfast with fresh fruits, freshly squeezed juices, fruits salads, organic honey and eggs, organic pancakes
  • 11.00-14.00: Preparation of figs jam(from our garden), every participant will learn how to prepare jam and get 1 bottle of 350 grams jam for present
  • 14.00-15.00: Lunch time at house or lunch package on your disposal
  • 15.00-18.30: More free time/massages/ swimming/ walking
  • 18.30-19.30: Yoga nidra or meditation
  • 19.30-20.30: Light dinner served

Tuesday

  • 08.00-08:30: Herbal teas, fresh fruits/nuts and breakfast
  • 09.00-18.00: Excursion day to explore islands Cres and Krk. Lunch will be served on the boat
  • 19.00-20.00: Meditation by sound gong therapy and Tibetan pots
  • 20.00-21.00: Dinner served

  • 08.30-10.00: Pranayama and hormonal yoga class with the teacher of the week

  • 20.00-21.00: Light dinner and with wish of group possible overnight under the stars on top of the hill or get back to the house

  • 08.30-10.00: Pranayama and hormonal yoga class with the teacher of the week

You will have one mindful hiking day and one-day boat excursion to explore Islands of Cres and Krk during the week.

Renata Reiner

Renata is a certified yoga instructor who has teaching and practicing hormonal yoga for about 20 years. She has a great insight of woman hormonal balance and how to achieve it by practicing hormonal yoga. Her goal is to help you find your balance.

Sanja Tatalović

Sanja is a certified yoga instructor as well as sound therapist. She is into theta healing very advanced too and her approach is that you open your all chakras to receive love and happiness.

Bahareh Hosseini

Bahareh is a Canadian health practitioner; She has been teaching and practicing Yoga for over 10 years including teaching workshops and programs internationally; Bahareh has accumulated years of experience in holistic methods of healing including Shiatsu, Acupuncture, Yoga and Ayurveda. As a Registered Acupuncturist (R.Ac) She believes in harmonizing the body through touch to activate the healing power of your body to reach its optimal state. The techniques and modalities that she incorporates in the her treatments include include Acupuncture, Ayurveda , Shiatsu, Tui Na, Cupping and Moxibustion.

Sindy Slipac

Sindy is a qualified aroma therapist, also trained through other seminars and workshops (Indian head massage, basics of Ayurveda, Reiki I and II, and the first degree of education for practitioners of Peter Hess sound massage, Silva method of mind control).In her own specific ways during the program, Sindy will share with the guests her great love - the fragrant world of essential oils. In her work, Sindy uses all techniques of application of essential oils, expert knowledge, empathy and intuition, to revitalize the body and mind of her clients, to balance the emotions and energy and awaken the joy of life and creative energy.

Sandra Brborović

Sandra is a qualified guide, licensed by Croatian Mountaineering Association, strongly attached to nature and mountains. Mountains are her inspiration, her means of growth, a training field for moving the limits and a place of mindful being. She is our Mindful hiking guide and therapist.

This yoga retreat will take place at the seaside of beautiful picturesque Mediterranean town Lovran, located in North Croatia. Live Love Laugh Retreat private chef prepares carefully and with love nutritious and healthy diet as an important aspect of your stay. Food that we use it's has organic and bio origins, mainly from local producers, and our chef uses inspiration from all over the world and puts it's own touch to prepare it. Darija is a nice and full of love and energy chef for more than 40 years. One day is Mexican chef available and we can taste some of nice Mexican veggie recipes. Through the day you will have access to fruits, tea, coffee, cakes, fresh drinking water and healthy snacks.

All meals are vegetarian, special dietary restrictions can be accommodated. Please contact Live Love Laugh Retreat if you have special dietary requests.

Three massage sessions consisting of one aromatherapy massage, one shiatsu treatment, and one treatment with Tibetan pots and gong private session are included per participant to use for free. Any additional massages need to be paid extra. Theta healer and Tuning to quantum matrix healer are at your disposal at an extra charge.

Arrival by airplane

Please book your flights to arrive at either Rijeka airport (RJK) or Pula Airport (PUY). Both airports are a 1-hour drive from the house. Transfers from and to Lovran either from Rijeka or Pula Airport are on request and it costs 50 EUR per person for one way. Bus or train station transfer in Rijeka is 20 EUR one way.
