Gayle is a clinical hypnotherapist, neuro-linguistic life coach, and yoga instructor who specializes in meditation-based practices and regression therapy. She grew up in Scottsdale, Arizona, and has spent many years since college traveling the world volunteering and working. Her mission is to help you enjoy a life free from stress, anxiety, and other common ailments. She promotes a healthy, abundant, and joyous outlook on life!
Lydia is dedicated to living a life on fire from the inside out. She believes that all good things in life come from keeping the soul burning brightly, and her work and studies have been dedicated to tending the spark. Lydia has practiced yoga for 16 years, and the practice has been her constant guide to getting in touch with herself. She earned her 200-hour certificate in 2019, from a chop wood carry water hidden in the Colorado mountains teacher. She has a home in Nederland, Colorado, surrounded by furry animals, pine trees, and boisterous musicians.
Chelsea is a yoga teacher from Sydney, Australia, who combines a passion for natural health and movement to cultivate body awareness in her students. She trained in Byron Bay with Byron Bay in 2017. From a background in gymnastics and acrobatics, she transitioned into yoga for its physical and mental benefits. For the April retreat, Chelsea will teach a morning Vinyasa class that matches movement with breath to create a flowing sequence through a range of yoga asanas. In the evenings, there will be a Restorative yoga class that incorporates slow movements, deep stretches, and long-held poses.
