Lisa has been practicing yoga for 20 years and has just returned back from living and teaching in the French Alps. Lisa has also attended yoga workshops in London, India, and Thailand to continue her learning. She qualified in Vinyasa flow 200-hour teacher training in 2009 in Ibiza, Mediterranean Sea.

During this retreat, you will be provided with large buffet style delicious gluten-free vegetarian brunch and dinner that are especially designed to help support detox your body. Teas and fresh fruit are also available all day.

You will also enjoy a cookery demo by the amazing Tanya Young from Knife and Fork, a local business and one of Lisa's regular yogis. She will demonstrate some healthy meal options using vegetables only. The recipes are for you to take home.
