Linda first started to practice yoga in her early 20’s. She is qualified as British Wheel of Yoga teacher and then as a foundation course teacher before becoming a trainer of teachers. Besides training with BWY, she has also studied under many inspirational teachers both in India and UK. She is also a qualified Reike practioner and laughter yoga leader. Linda calls her yoga style as LindaYoga, being an eclectic mix of the many traditions in which she has trained and studied. The main emphasis of her type of teaching is working with the flow of breath and movement to create balance and harmony.
