Linda Wells

Linda N. Wells, M.Ed., E-RYT is the Wellness Warrior. Linda is a yoga teacher, health advocate and activist, and Resilient Schools and Youth Trainer with the Benson Henry Institute of Mind Body. As a "Wellnesspreneur" in the Boston area, she works with individuals to release toxic habits and identify the precursors to their burnout. She continues her activism by working with community-based groups to raise awareness of health and wellness through free and low-cost yoga and wellness programs. Linda teaches that stress is unavoidable but wellness is our birthright. and we owe it to ourselves.

Cherie Carter

Cherie Carter, Doula/Eve's Keeper, Reiki Master, Mindfulness Practitioner and founder of the nonprofit Urban Sanctuary. She is a radical supporter of self- care and is doing the work to be a viable practitioner in the Wholistic revolution. Cherie believes the body and soul are one entity; our physical form, space and reason for being do not exist separately from the spiritual soul. She believes integrative therapies will assist people to attain/maintain their optimal health, mind body and spirit.

Keyona Aviles

Keyona Aviles, LMHC, Healing Touch ~Yoga ~Belly Dance ~ Meditation She earned her Masters degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling with a specialization in holistic practice from Lesley University. Her belief in the body as instrumental in mental and emotional healing led her to become an ACE certified personal trainer in 2003, AFAA certified Group Exercise Instructor in 2006​, Vinyasa Yoga instructor in 2009, and to train with Project Adventure in Adventure Based Counseling.
