The Beara Coast Hotel offers its guests a luxurious and friendly stay. The hotel has been completely renovated in 2015 in order to promote more friendly and efficient service. At the Beara Coast, you will find luxurious guest bedrooms, many of which have balconies, stunning views of the town, and surrounding mountains.

All the rooms have en-suite bathrooms, tea and coffee making facilities, TV, and aesthetic decoration using a contemporary theme. The hotel also offers many choices of dining experiences, Arches bar, Farraige restaurant, and the Berehaven suite.

Yoga is a practice of a series of slow movements that target and exercise every muscle in the body, leaving you with more awareness of how you are feeling, both physically and mentally. Every human body is different, therefore there is no perfect pose. Within the class, you will learn your own boundaries, and find out what may challenge you, what frustrates you and why, and in the end, discover your yoga.

    Ashtanga yoga

This yoga style focuses on the breath through flowing postures, which enhances your core strength, balance, and flexibility. It also helps you to improve stamina, reduce stress, and boost energy levels. The emphasis is placed on developing correct breathing and learning principles of movement which protect and strengthen the body.

    Relax and restoration yoga

This class focuses more on relaxation and restoration. As poses will be held for longer than with most yang style, it will help you to deepen your normal practice by enabling you to understand how to listen to your body, finding that point of resistance within, and overall extending your flexibility gradually.

By having the combined two yoga practices, you will gain these following benefits for your body, mind, and soul.

    • Clear the mind and reduce stress
    • Help to flush stagnancies and toxins in the body
    • Help you to feel refreshed and ready to start a new week
    • Increases energy while improving sleeping quality
    • Kickstart motivation for a newer healthier you
    • Reduce pains and aches in the body due to long-term injuries

    Testimonials

    • Review by Donal from Ireland

"Hi Linda. Just a quick email to thank you sincerely for making the yoga weekend so special. The venue in the Park Hotel was superb but it was your amazing energy and inputs which made it so memorable. Your professionalism, your knowledge and your warm personality guiding us through our yoga practice is what made the weekend different and rewarding. While I am new to yoga I found a whole new side and approach to my practice. I’ve already visited your website and you can expect to find us again booking in one of your holidays/retreats or weekends. We’re hooked already. So once again thanks a million, we really enjoyed and benefited immensely for your work and stewardship."
