How the course works

This course will take place online. All videos will be accessed through Light of Lemuria website platform. There are roughly 20 videos to watch including the practices and teachings. It will be available for life to go over anytime you need to. The sessions vary from 20 minutes to one hour. You can participate alone, with a partner, or both as you will have the recording, so you could practice with the recording multiple times.
