How the course works

This Ayurveda yoga (Ancient Wisdom) coaching program is comprised of six individual and specialized 75-minute coaching sessions over a season (three-month period) to allow yourself the time you need to achieve your individual wellness goals. You will need to download the Zoom app onto your chosen device to access this individual virtual coaching program.

Once enrolled in this Ayurveda yoga coaching program, you will receive an Ayurveda intake interview form and an Ayurveda dosha questionnaire to complete and return to Maria for her review to better able her to individualize your wellness program.

Following each Ayurveda yoga coaching session, you will receive a follow-up e-mail with specific dietary, lifestyle, and mind-body-breath practice recommendations based on your unique Ayurvedic constitution and your individual goals.

You will receive e-mail support between coaching sessions to address any questions or concerns you may encounter while implementing your individualized Ayurveda and yoga practices into your daily routine.

Individual coaching sessions are scheduled over Zoom at your convenience; morning, afternoon, evening, or weekend sessions are available.

Ayurveda is the 5,000 year-old healing system of India and the sister science of yoga. According to Ayurveda, the five elements of nature (space, air, fire, water, earth) manifest in each of us in a unique way to form our constitution or "dosha" in the ancient Sanskrit language. Virtual Ayurveda yoga (Ancient Wisdom) coaching program

This individual virtual Ayurveda yoga (Ancient Wisdom) coaching teaches and addresses:

  • Ayurveda fundamentals: you will gain a working framework of knowledge about the 5 elements of nature (space, air, fire, water, earth) and the 3 doshas.
  • You will learn about your unique Ayurvedic constitution (dosha), comprised of nature's elements and how to bring balance through lifestyle and dietary changes (foods, herbs, teas, essential oils).
  • You will learn the Ayurvedic principle of the 6-tastes: which tastes bring balance to your Ayurvedic constitution; which tastes imbalance you.
  • You will learn about health conditions that may arise from an imbalance within your Ayurvedic constitution.
  • You will learn Ayurvedic dinacharya (daily routine) practices that will transform your life.
  • You will learn about the Ayurvedic clock and how to live in alignment with your season of life, the seasons of the year and the cycle of the 24-hour day to bring you to optimal wellness.
  • Your wellness goals will be addressed. At each virtual Ayurveda yoga coaching session, you will be given recommendations for specific dietary, lifestyle, dinacharya, and mind-body-breath (yoga, meditation, breathing, energy) practices to be implemented gradually over the 3-month period to bring you to optimal wellness and balance.
  • You will develop at home yoga practice - specific yoga, meditation, breathing, and / or energy practices to meet your individual wellness goals. At each virtual Ayurveda yoga coaching session, you will be guided through and taught transformative mind-body-breath techniques to enable you to integrate the practices into your life.

Lifepath Yoga Center is based in Holland, New York, USA (GMT-5) and they will live-stream the classes via Zoom based on EST (GMT -5) during winter and GMT -4 for session/s after March 14, 2021, which you can participate from the comfort of your home by just using your phone or computer.
