Spa treatments

Acupuncture is a traditional Chinese technique for balancing the flow of energy or life force known as chi, believed to flow through pathways in your body. By inserting needles into specific points along these pathways, acupuncture practitioners believe that your energy flow will re-balance. In contrast, many Western practitioners view the acupuncture points as places to stimulate nerves, muscles, and connective tissue. Some believe that this stimulation boosts your bodys natural painkillers and increases blood flow.

Chi fusion massage

The chi fusion massage blends three techniques, which are acupressure, reflexology, and massage therapy to reach an energetic restructure of the being. It alleviates stress, pain, and tension through the regulation of the organs activity and the stimulation of the mechanisms that contribute to eliminate the bodys toxins. This massage allows the vital energy to freely flow through the organism, taking the patient to a full physical, mental, and emotional state of balance.

Couple's bliss massage

The couple's bliss massage is about embracing and cultivating the art of intimacy with your heart, your hands, your eyes, and your entire being. Dive in spiritually, physically, and emotionally with your partner in a guided massage session for two. Learn how to massage your lover and find deep intimacy in new ways. Perfect for a honeymoon treat or to ignite new fire in a seasoned relationship.

Deep tissue massage

The deep tissue massage relieves chronic muscle tension and chronic body pain by increasing the flow of blood in the body and decreasing inflammation that causes pain. It also provides stress relief, breaks up scar tissue, improves blood pressure, and rehabilitates injured muscles.

Healing clay packs with Swedish oil

Healing clay packs with Swedish oil is beneficial for detoxing and healing localized areas when clients are covered in bites on their body and are itchy and sore. Mayan clay relieves the itch and dis-inflames the bites. It is also excellent for treating sun burn and revitalizing internal organs. Clay works like a magnet it pulls toxins towards itself and releases stored energy into the area it is covering. Historically, the Chinese and Mayan healers often applied thick clay packs to the feet to absorb toxins from the body.

Hot stone massage

The hot stone massage is a natural therapy where smooth surfaced stones made of basalt are heated to aide in the relaxation of your muscles. The high iron content in basalt helps the stones retain heat during the massage. Benefits are both physical and psychological. The heat helps your muscles to relax, provides pain relief, and improves blood circulation. This massage is helpful with anxiety disorders or depression symptoms. Pregnant and high blood pressure are advised to avoid this therapy.

Mayan astrology readings

Mayan astrology readings is a variation of Mesoamerican astrology, one of the most forward-thinking kinds of astrology of its time. The Mayan calendar is comprised of 20 day signs and 13 galactic numbers, making a 260-day calendar year. Depending on which day you were born your sign defines your personality.

Mayan clay massage

The Mayan clay massage is a powerful and energizing hands on clay massage that mineralizes, detoxes, and regenerates cells while re-balancing your electromagnetic energy field with the added benefits of a great massage.

Mayan female abdominal massage

The Mayan female abdominal massage focuses on the reproductive organ, manipulates the uterus, fallopian tubes, ovaries, spleen, stomach, liver, kidneys, lungs, and heart. The goal of the massage is to cleanse, balance, and relax the womans body, making it an ideal environment for conception. The massage itself clears out toxins, bad emotions, excessive heat, and any deficiencies that cause organs to dysfunction. Often, when a woman has a problem in any of these organs, it is due to reduced blood flow, tension, and stress. By restoring blood flow to the reproductive organs, you can enhance the outcome of an in vitro fertilization or the intra uterine insemination cycle, as well as assist with natural conception. And, by relieving the body of tension and stress, the organs can reopen and return to a healthy state, leaving the body in harmony. For women that are having trouble conceiving, a body that is in harmony can many times be the key to a healthy conception.

Neural therapy

Neural therapy is the use of local anesthetic injection into specific areas of the body to reset the electrical communication of the autonomic nervous system. It can be effective for chronic pain and other entrenched illness and disease. In many cases the positive effects are immediate and permanent when administered correctly. Scar tissue and trauma can change the electrical function of cells thereby disrupting the autonomic nervous system and also adversely affecting the innate ability of cells to repair, heal, and detoxify. Neural therapy acts on the cell wall and can restore the proper bio-electric function and membrane potential.

Nutrition coaching

Nutrition coaching takes the time to listen closely and to understand where you are right now in terms of your lifestyle and diet and work with you to help achieve your goals. Nutrition counseling can be done by a certified nutrition consultant or a registered dietitian, both are qualified to create individual action plans to help you adopt a healthier lifestyle.

Other spa treatments

Other spa treatments includes manicures, pedicures, organic papaya, aloe vera, and Mayan clay facials.

Ozone therapy

Ozone therapy is a unique form of therapy that both, heals and detoxifies at the same time. It used to treat a variety of chronic disease including cardiovascular disease, diabetes, Lyme disease, chronic hepatitis, herpes, chronic fatigue states, chemical sensitivity, macular degeneration, chronic bladder conditions, colitis, auto-immune diseases, and Crohns disease.

Some people say the plants enable them to have the best conversation they have ever had with themselves. These forms of medicine has been revitalized and us growing in popularity well beyond the amazon.

Reflexology therapy

Reflexology therapy focuses primarily on the feet. The theory of this healing work is that the reflex areas of the feet and hands directly correspond to specific organs, glands, and other parts of the body. Applying pressure to these reflex areas can promote health in the corresponding organs through energetic pathways. The pressure may signal balance in the nervous system and release endorphins that reduce stress and pain throughout the body.

Relaxing massage

This relaxing massage is a light-medium pressure Swedish massage using long-flowing strokes used to increase circulation, improve joint mobility, eliminate muscle stiffness, promote deep relaxation, and calm the nervous system to relieve stress. It is a very relaxing massage that targets areas that need attention. Perfect for those who have not received massage before.

Sacred activation massage

The sacred activation massage is tailored for those that are grieving, overwhelmed, burdened, and emotionally exhausted. This massage will rejuvenate your spirit, your mind, and even the darkest of hearts. The massage begins with a focus on breath work and total relaxation of the mind, chakra alignment, along with the clearing of negative energies and traumas you may hold inside you.

Shaman healer massage

The shaman healer massage is a very unique experience for every individual. It involves massage, signing, and healing in ways that often surprise the most skeptical of guests.

Shamans healing therapy

Shamans healing therapy works with the spirit or the soul. They heal illness at the soul level. They gain knowledge and insight from working with the spirits of nature such as rocks, trees, and the land. They gain knowledge from working with spirits of animals and humans such as their ancestors. For the shaman, everything is alive and carries information. You can call this spirit, energy, or consciousness. The shaman sees illness as a lack of power because it was lost somewhere in your life. In order to heal you the shaman returns your power to you. Some of the shamans work may seem like a massage, while others may seem like a doctor appointment.

Sound healing therapy

Sound healing therapy believes that the primordial sound, along with the vibrations that produces, is the source for the creation of the entire universe. Sound indeed is a very powerful tool for manifestation. Humans, animals, insects, and living creatures have utilized sound for understanding and communicating with the world around them. For thousands of years, sound has been widely used for spiritual practice, worship, and meditation. These activities have resulted in a positive outlook towards understanding the self and beyond. Studies show how sound can alter the state of the mind.

Spiritual counseling session

A spiritual counseling session works with spiritual guides, as they work with you and your spiritual guides to help you along your path and answering spiritual questions.

Swedish massage

The Swedish massage combines various hands on techniques including gliding, kneading, and cross fiber friction to break up knots based on western concepts anatomy and physiology as opposed to energy work methods of the east. It can be slow and gentle or vigorous and invigorating, depending on the therapists goals.

Thai body and energy work

Thai body and energy work combines what energy work on meridians which Thais call sen. Thais think of these sen as wind channels. In many ways they are similar to the meridians used in Chinese medicine and Shiatsu, but the origin of this Nuat Boran technique goes back to ancient India in the Ayurvedic tradition rather than to Chinese tradition.
