Born and raised in Snowmass, Brady was exposed from a very young age to the power and beauty of the natural world. Through adolescence, Brady enjoyed a mildly famous career as a competitive aerialist snowboarder. After receiving a bachelor’s degree at Fort Lewis College, he became a certified yoga instructor at Yoga Durango and has completed his 500-hour yoga teacher training at Pavones Yoga Center. Warm and welcoming, with a keen sense of humor and a love for adventure, Brady will lift your spirits and your hearts with his infectiously enthusiastic and optimistic outlook on life.
Luz Helena Florez lived in Nepal and India for two years, immersing herself fully in the culture, traditions and teachings of all things Yoga under the guidance of a Nepalese Yoga Master. She is an intuitive facilitator and has a natural gift for creating a safe nest in which people can open their hearts and voices. Luz Helena teaches yoga, Kirtan, and intuition development through classes, retreats and long-term programs to help people awaken their highest potential.
