Through travel and experience, he began to feel connected to the life force, which is the universal energy that binds every human, animal, plant, wave, mountain, and cloud. He discovered an inner strength and peace that he had never truly known. He opened his heart to the many lessons of the universe. He listened to the life force, and the world became a magical place full of possibility. It became a world that gives you exactly what you need, when you need it, a world that is always conspiring to support you.
Ryan is a certified personal trainer and yoga teacher by trade. His abilities stretch across the bandwidth of wellness to cooking, nutrition, life coaching, meditation, and art/music. Through his own example he seeks to foster a greater understanding of the necessity of balanced living and contentment in his students and clients. He seeks to bring to his students the most realized parts of his own yoga practice and life experience. With his roots in Anusara yoga, he has sought out dynamic teachings and practitioners
Amy was a circus-performing lawyer yogi in Australia and Japan but she left her corporate career to learn circus and yoga. She performed as an adagio acrobat in Australia, studied at a circus school in China, street performed in Serbia, traveled with clowns in Mexico and deepen her yoga practice. She is a certified Sivananda yoga teacher, partner Acrobatics teacher, and co-founder of CircAsana Yoga. She teaches CircAsana yoga at Magnific Rock in Nicaragua, where she also manages the yoga retreat program and coordinates CircAsana Yoga community circuses.
Saffron Van Rossem
Saffron has been practicing yoga for eight years and is a professional aerial silks performer, certified Hatha yoga teacher, partner Acrobatics teacher, and favorite yoga, acrobatics, hooping and aerial teacher for both kids and adults alike, from California to Nicaragua. Her classes combine her movement passions with her solid yoga foundation to create a truly unique experience. She brings focus to the profound subtleties of the body-mind connection through the medium of magical moving play.
Alex lives in Denver where she teaches yoga (Vinyasa and Yin), meditation, cycling, and HIIT classes and is dedicated to what she hopes is a lifelong equilibrium of work and rest, strength, and ease. She also works on a variety of humanitarian projects at the intersections of innovation, health, clean water, and refugee safety. Yoga, meditation, a variety of energy healing modality training, and stacks of books on exploring the inner self-are the recipe she thanks for helping her finally strike a balance between doing and being. She has taught yoga since 2007.
Monica King is a Curandera (Latina Medicine Woman) and yogini with a passion for healing and stirring people to come alive. She has certifications in Kundalini yoga, Prenatal yoga, NIA movement therapy, and nutritional herbology. Her style of teaching yoga, meditation, and movement is a deep somatic exploration of self-awareness. She incorporates her knowledge of nutrition, herbal medicine, dance, psychology, sound therapy, women's medicine, mysticism, and ritual into her work with individuals and groups.
Clara has taken the teachings of Ayurveda and integrated them into her yoga classes. She offers Ayurvedic consultations and is a certified Ayurvedic Therapist. Her passion in this ancient preventative medicine is so huge, she decided to start her own Ayurvedic Wellness Center. Seeing how Ayurveda changed her life and her family, she dreamed of opening a wellness center that would be a place to meditate, practice yoga, receive Ayurvedic therapies and get everything you need for an Ayurvedic lifestyle.
