Program
During this teacher training, you will have two daily gentle and Yin yoga classes, meditation sessions, stone therapy theory sessions, and beneficial treatment protocol and techniques.
Stone therapy involves placing smooth warm stones onto the body's chakra points and integrated into a treatment whose purpose is to foster well being, deliver deep relaxation and reduce stress overall.

- 07:00 1 hour daily morning exercises Yin, Gentle or Thai yoga
- 08:30 Breakfast
- 10:00 1 hour class (philosophy or Anatomy and Meditation)
- 11:00 1 hour Stone massage theory, (contraindications or preparations)

Lek Stark is the founder of LekSpa and yoga. She is a registered yoga teacher E-RYT 200 and yoga continuing education program YACEP from Yoga Alliance. She brings her extensive knowledge of Thai yoga massage and the tropical Southeast Asian vibe - to her private wellness studio. Lek has more than 10 years of experience in traditional Thai yoga bodywork. She gained experience from the Four Season Koh Samui and Sheraton New York Times Square for quality of work.
