USA Yoga Retreat

This high country yoga retreat is the place to have it all. Come ground in gratitude, and retreat yourself in the Blue Ridge Mountains with instructor, LedbyLoveLauren before the holiday season kicks into high gear.

You are invited to come to fill your cup and melt into these cozy mountains with us. Rejuvenate yourself in the healing NC mountains.

This retreat is all-inclusive, just show up and the rest will be taken care of. The retreat lodge is 15 minutes from Downtown Asheville for those of you wanting to explore during the day!

The 3500-square feet retreat lodge boasts acres with hiking trails right on-site and a hot tub for stargazing. Individuals, friends, couples, and all levels of yogis including beginners are welcome here!

Program

On Thursday, there will be a welcome opening circle and solar activation Prana Vinyasa yoga. On Friday and Saturday, there will be two daily active and gentle yoga/movement classes/practices (one night will be a yoga ecstatic dance!), feel free to bring sparkly clothes, cat ears, or anything fun that you enjoy wearing. On Sunday, there will be a morning gentle Restorative yoga and closing circle.

Food

All meals are included, 3 vegetarian meals daily will be served. The chef is a local to the Asheville area, a Registered Dietician (RD), and a yogi who loves cooking for others and will be on-site with you, talk about fresh! Rest assured your food is organic/local, when available, and meals will be delicious and clinically "balanced".

  • Breakfast will be light and self-serve with unlimited coffee, tea, fruit, toast, overnight oats, oat bars, etc will be out and available, early for the early birds of the house.
  • Lunch will be served post-practice and will be available to take to-go should you desire, just let the chef know!
  • Dinners will be served post evening practice, we guarantee you will not want to miss these meals! We are still dreaming of last year's sweet potato veggie enchiladas...
  • On Sunday, you will have early morning practice and a grab-and-go brunch.

You will never go hungry with snacks always out on the island. There's a self-serve bar for hot tea and coffee available 24/7.
