This holiday is offered at our kitesurf school and camp. It is for everyone who likes to stay on land, while their partners or friends following kite courses on the water. And for those who can already kite, no longer need a kite course, and want to pamper body and mind with yoga!

You will stay at the camp in a comfortable, standing-high two-man tent with real beds. Here, you also have a power connection for charging your smartphone and a reading lamp.


You will get to know each other and join the introduction: “What is yoga?” on the day of arrival. From Monday to Friday, there is an approximate 30-minute yoga session before breakfast per day to start the day. Four longer yoga sessions of around 60 to 80 minutes will be held before dinner or in the afternoon (depending on wind and weather). You will join a SUP yoga session on the Brielse Meer (depending on the weather) and two thematic blocks: "Your Breath" and "Introduction to Meditation".

On Saturday, you will take part in the last yoga session in the morning before departure. You are welcome as an absolute newcomer. If you have been practicing for a long time, wonderful too. Through the many years of experience of the yoga teachers, they know how to take into account the individual needs in the group and to vary the asanas.

Yoga means the way to unity. It used to be a purely spiritual way to reach enlightenment through meditation. Breathing techniques and postures were tools for meditation. Today body-oriented yoga is in the foreground and picks you up from where you stand.

Vinyasa yoga means that the flow of breath and movements (asanas) are in harmony. This means that Vinyasa yoga, is more moving and moving and many yoga exercises are strung together for a certain sequence. In the second style that is offered, Hatha yoga, the asanas are held a little longer and separated from each other by short relaxation phases. Here the focus is on holding, breathing, and deeper relaxation.

Specifically, a yoga session is structured like this: The breathing exercises at the beginning of each yoga class aim to forget everyday life and energize body and mind.

This is followed by the sun salutation, a series of exercises made up of several asanas that are performed dynamically in the rhythm of the breath. The sun salutation stimulates the cardiovascular system, mobilizes the joints, and warms the muscles. Other asanas follow to strengthen and stretch the legs, hips, shoulders, back, and belly muscles and promote balance. Each asana targets different muscle groups so that the entire body is trained.

The class concludes with exercises for deep relaxation, which make you feel rested.

The focus of the yoga units varies in the morning and the afternoon. In this way, you will have a shorter activating unit in the morning, which will make you fit for the day on the kite. In the evening, in addition to strengthening, the main focus is on stretching, relaxing, and centering.

The holiday is located at the Ketjil campsite, between the villages of Oostvoorne and Rockanje, in the middle of the Voorne dunes in the Netherlands. Surrounded by nature, you are far away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Enjoy the hospitality and the tranquility or one of the many outdoor opportunities in addition to kitesurfing: SUP, mountain biking, hiking, or wave surfing.


You will be served daily breakfast, lunch packadges (can be made at breakfast) and dinner included in the price.
